Geez... a ton of charges!! Thanks for all that info @Simply Southern !

His current charges are in Wake County - case #s are:
#20CR214286 Murder/ #20CR214120 Stolen car/ #20CR214141 Robbery/ #20CR214142 Possession

Can you find any of those? TIA!
I checked the Virginia site, thought he may have murdered Mr Banks in the Danville area. Apparently the murder was in NC.

Just a thought....any charges in Pittsylvania County maybe under seal, awaiting a grand jury indictment. Sometimes a year before charges go to a grand jury.

I will see what I can find in Wake County.

I've searched the court docket, appears to only be a weekly posting.

Speculating...maybe waiting for case to be bumped to a higher court.

Then each court is in a PDF.
This would take alot of daily work.

I may try to call the clerk of court this week and inquire of a better way to track. Mondays are always the busiest day, all the processing from the weekend arrest.

Okay - then I'll put you down as my "go to-" person! Thanks! I won't bother you until about a month from now - since there is nothing happening at the moment.

Staying safe - we have NATO - so no worries from me! :)

RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- During the second day of the murder trial into the death of Andy Banks, a Raleigh man who disappeared in September 2020, crime scene investigators and police detailed evidence they collected.

Suzanna Stirewalt with CCBI shared her analysis of photographs of Banks' Range Rover, which he was attempting to sell to the defendant Justin Merritt, when the two men met on Saturday, September 12th, 2020 in The Village parking lot.
[.....]
Both Stirewalt and Raleigh Police Detective Gory Mendez, who discovered Banks' body in Virginia, provided similar descriptions of the area in which he was found.
