There was one other interesting development at the hearing this morning. Details were released that Elisa Baker has received more than $10,000 from a man in London, including money received as recently as the past week. The man was referred to as "Carlisle Fullman" during today's bond hearing.

BINGO!

The article mentions the daughter saying EB got 10k from him LAST year, where are you getting this past week? Forgive me if I missed something, but it is hard to keep up!

News 14 Carolina found court documents revealing a subpoena for all of Elisa Baker's bank records from the State Bureau of Investigation. The subpoena listed eight additonal names that Baker's accounts could be under:

• Elisa Young, her last name from a previous marriage
• Elisa Fairchild, her maiden name
• Elisa Proctor
• Elisa Harris
• Elisa Allred
• Elisa Putnam
• Elisa Michelle Church
• Elisa Fullman

snipped from the article I linked....

two points:
1-interesting that she has used the name Elisa FULLMAN

2-it doesn't state she had an account in that name but that all of her used names were turned over to SBI for them to investigate accounts opened/used in those names.

It's in there.

More evidence taken from home

Investigators working around the clock

evidence-dig-3

Jennie Bost lives next door to the Bakers and said it’s been difficult living beside an active crime scene.

“Having this go on next door, it’s been a nightmare,” she said. “I hope she’s found. I’ve given up hoping she’s alive.”

Bost said she also never saw Zahra—or any other children—at the house

When investigators began digging in the Bakers’ yard Wednesday, Bost said there was one area she thought investigators wouldn’t find anything – on the property line between Bost and the Bakers, Bost said that’s where Baker removed two tree stumps.

“It was about three or four weeks ago when Adam chewed those stumps up,” Bost said. “I saw him, and knewhe only chewed up those tree stumps.”

OK, so last week being before the 20th. But, still not substantiated by anyone except the daughter saying her Mom told her that.

darnudes, I don't know that I find it disingenuous. I can only go by what I would do and I would contact authorities if my child was stolen by my husband or ex-husband. I would get legal assistance too.

Ima

International parental abduction is notoriously difficult to battle. Even if the petitioning and responding countries both are signatories to the Hague Convention some judges have refused to return a child if their relationship with their primary caregiver may be severed.

The first step in an international parental abduction is to notify LE and request an emergency recovery order as well as modification of custodial arrangements. If you believe your child is at risk of being removed from the country your first stop should be to notify the passport issuing agency of the relevant country and they can walk you through the process of having a child's passport flagged. FWIW and sorry O/T.

:blushing: NCMOM....heads up we can't ask for PM's on the board, it's a no no.......

It is halfway down the page on the link previously posted - article of October 20th

The paragraph Darlin provided is a direct snip from that article.

I didnt take her statements on her sleuthing that serious. I am not holding her to dectective guidelines because she can use the interent and has used it and found ways of searching for people. He may not of forged the documents but she could still believe he had.
I know for a fact her passport statements are not the worst thing on the interent about Adam. It is her right to post her feeling beliefs and thoughts wherever she wants and if Adam has issues he should take it up with HIS attorny as he will need to employ one anyhow.

Maybe if she had more than a few days before Zahra was missing she of had the paper work on that. We just dont know. It seems she was excited to find her location and see if she could email. I did not read her say she was going to start to get custody and legal battles.

What I see with your fact is, that with a statement accusing AB of forging documents and then her claiming to track down Z it makes me think she is trying to suggest a motive for the kidnapping. I don't know ziomum so I won't even suggest that let alone say it is the worst thing on the internet about Adam. As for her rights to post her feelings beliefs and thoughts etc.. IANAL so I am not sure and with respect to this website I will ignore any other comments about the passport as I am trying to find info that will lead to locating Zahra not discuss ill conceived alleged facts :)

-or-
substantiated by the prosecutor that put the daughter on the stand and we just don't have all the details

((as a possibility))

several posters, when I mentioned my disbelief in this "mister fullman" posted back to me.. why would the prosecutor put the daughter on the stand to testify to something that wasn't investigated/checked out and deemed to stand? fwiw... made sense to me
