Were EB or AB hunters or did they live their entire lives on pavement?
Did anyone find out how many dogs they had/have and what happened to them?
I have a nasty theory about what happened to Zahra, but I don't want to print it. :puke:
My theory/opion/whatever only

I want to know about the dogs too! My friend took in Zahra's cat, it is beautiful! Bella, the cat, has been adopted out to a loving family. So glad that someone got a good home in all of this.

Elisa Baker, the stepmother of missing 10-year-old Zahra Baker, is expected to appear in court Friday morning on charges unrelated to the girl's disappearance.

Baker, who does face obstruction of justice charges after admitting to writing a ransom note in the case, will appear on charges of writing worthless checks.

News 14 Carolina found court documents revealing a subpoena for all of Elisa Baker's bank records from the State Bureau of Investigation. The subpoena listed eight additonal names that Baker's accounts could be under:

• Elisa Young, her last name from a previous marriage
• Elisa Fairchild, her maiden name
• Elisa Proctor
• Elisa Harris
• Elisa Allred
• Elisa Putnam
• Elisa Michelle Church
• Elisa Fullman

also this article says that they are searching the house again today

Are we are step closer to discussing Mr Fullman?

I was questioning passport - and visa - issuance long before biomum's posts at Hinky because it is a process I have been through myself and therefore it hit home.

If biomum's signature was indeed forged she would not have been notified a passport was issued. However, AB could also have sought to modify court orders seeking sole parental responsibility and made getting her signature unnecessary. It would have been relatively simple for him to do so especially if biomum was not a willing participant in Zahra's life.

I am tremendously sorry your family is having to deal with all this but perhaps you can enlighten us all - did AB secure a court order allowing Zahra's relocation from Australia? Were AB and Zahra issued visas to enter the States and if so, under what class - residency, tourist, employment, etc. Thank you so much for shedding any light on what has perplexed so many of us.

I cannot answer that sorry thats a question for US immigration or someone else. I am here for Z not to phone our National Embassy to ask if my relative filed correct documents. To me the passport, visa issue is off topic, if AB were in the US illegally then US LE would be smart enough to address his status I would think especially if they are charging him with offences or serving warrants.

I think I'm with "wise old owl" - that she is in that missing car and at the bottom of a lake.

Anything other than a wood chipper is preferable at this stage.

Is that car missing? There was a lot of talk about another car, but it never went anywhere that I saw.

Not at all had the room recently been painted they can check them for forensic evidence maybe even biological evidence if painting over blood stains

I'm really leaning towards this being the case. The plastic near the front door that had red on it looks exactly like the cheap "drop cloths" that you get at Home Depot for when you paint, and the smear on it could easily be paint.

Yesterday one of the articles said they were back at the property because of information that came from someone other than EB. Had someone visited recently and noticed the distinct smell of fresh paint? :waitasec:

Anyone who posts that it is a simple matter to contact certain authorities and get legal for assistance in the return of the child are being disingenuous at best.

darnudes, I don't know that I find it disingenuous. I can only go by what I would do and I would contact authorities if my child was stolen by my husband or ex-husband. I would get legal assistance too.

In all honesty I don't think biomum has anything to do with this. I am concerned her parental rights were incorrectly trampled upon and her not being an active participant in Zahra's life may be being used as an excuse for that.

To me it doesn't matter if she was or wasn't in Zahra's life either because she didn't want to be or Zahra was being withheld. There is a legal process that must be applied, consistently, to ensure the best interests of our children are indeed being met in cases of divorce and custody.

Just to clarify my stance and why I mentioned Zahra's mother.

No one it seems has been able to confirm or deny the use or ownership of the alleged Monte Carlo. Just something that is niggling.

:snooty: I'm not saying a WORD about the finger printing.

Fingerprinting Uncooperative Defendants
Tuesday, January 19th, 2010

From time to time, an officer or a magistrate asks how to respond when a defendant who is properly subject to fingerprinting under G.S. 15A-502 refuses to be fingerprinted. There are at least three good ways to address this situation:

Thanks for letting us know about what happened to Zahra's cat NCMOM. I know there are a lot of posters who wondered about whether the poor thing was just left to fend for itself when they moved. Was it just one cat she had then? I thought I had read two :waitasec:

IDK if you saw my post, so I'll ask again. Do you know how long it had been since AB had been in touch with KB? And had she at least been able to talk to Zahra?

It is very on topic ,we know already EB has all kind of fake ID'S. The passport issue may not be mentioned now because it could tie into the investigation more then we can get more than a loose grip on.

I do think they were planning to fly to London usng fake documents.

There was one other interesting development at the hearing this morning. Details were released that Elisa Baker has received more than $10,000 from a man in London, including money received as recently as the past week. The man was referred to as "Carlisle Fullman" during today's bond hearing.

BINGO!

Where is the article? All I see is an article from the 20th?

Sorry Imamaze, what I mean is that it seems to be being posted that it would be a simple matter to contact correct authorities then legal counsel and then Bingo, child returned. It does not work that way. It can be a financially draining and long drawn out process that is extremely specialised work for some lawyers which can take years and in some cases never comes to a resolution.
