I think we can all agree that from what we have observed KC does not want to be in jail. Can't we then reach the conclusion that she would do anything to keep from being there?
IF IF IF she gave Caylee to someone I truly believe that she would have told someone, her parents, Baez..anyone so that they could have the FBI find Caylee.
IF someone kidnapped her I believe that even though she thought "My mom will never forgive me" she would have said so by now.
When someone takes your child and is supposed to return with said child at a certain time and then doesn't what would any rational person do? Give yourself a gold star if you said "Call the police"
Instead KC spends the night with Tony.
I have kicked every scenario I can think of for a "Caylee is alive" scenario and there just is only one that I can come up with...
IF the whole family was into illegal activity and Caylee was taken for revenge then maybe KC would stay silent to save GA & CA's rear ends..unless that is the case nothing else regarding a "Caylee is alive theory" makes KC willing to sacrifice herself in jail.
Personally I think that the decomposition smell, dna and the testimony(possibly) of one "friend" whom we have yet to hear from will be the prosecutions ace in the hole.
BTW when someone is being charged with murder it's because LE has reason to believe there has been a murder committed.

Great post, Curisoity Cat, and I agree wholeheartedly with all that you have written with one small exception. If the whole family was into illegal activity, understanding KC as I do from all that I have read, there is no way she would sacrifice herself for them in jail. I don't think she would sacrifice herself for anyone in jail, even Caylee. IMO.

I agree Chilly, who knows what stories they have been feeding the family up untill now. The Anthonys are being manipulated and preyed upon, it is very sad, have they no one close to them who might advise them against aligning themselves with this particular group? What about MN?

Give me a break! CA brought this garbage up to Yuri back in August and Yuri quickly put the BS to the alleged airport sightings and alleged witness. How are they getting Caylee on all of these planes without valid id anyway? It's a croc!

What I find most upsetting about this is that it appears KFN is encouraging George and Cindy to believe that Caylee is alive. They are using the Anthonys to promote their own interests with no regard for the emotional damage that they are doing to Cindy in particular. It's shameful, IMO.

I think the Anthony's are being exploited. I imagine that there have been some errors (unfounded leaks) on the part of LE that have made it easier for K-finders and the PI's to convince the A's that Caylee is alive.
If LE (who wanted to convict my daughter of murder) was telling me she was dead while PI's and KF's were giving me info that suggests she's alive, I know that I would choose to believe those that were promising me the happy ending I so desperately wanted. Somebody is explaining away the evidence LE has, and the A's are latching on to that to save their sanity.
If I was told by PI's that my grandchild was alive, I would have to go with the 1% chance that she was alive also. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I later learned that she was out there alive somewhere and I wrote her off. I think the A's feel they owe it to Caylee to not give up until they absolutely have to.
We also have no idea what line of BS KC was feeding them when she was out.

And the fact that Caylee wasn't found in the searches most likely reinforces their beliefs.

I don't think they have some "bombshell" evidence left to reveal. Why are the asking for gag order now? We haven't heard much from anyone lately except for LP. The prosecution has been successful in a public conviction with all the leaks from there end!

Reading all these centered posts gives me a headache. So I'm not going to read this entire thread and just post: Not only are they trying to prove Caylee is still alive for reasonable doubt, but if her body is found they are going to try and pin Caylee's death on someone else.

But on the other hand, if someone offered me even that 1% chance that someone I loved was still alive, then I would be out LOOKING. Period. End of story. I would not available for interviews or have the time to yell at the media and the public because I would be LOOKING. As would anyone that isn't a member of this particular branch of the A's.

But they've released so much negative information that she won't receive a fair trial anyway. Now that the state is done throwing all their info out there, I don't think it's fair to shut the other side up.

Your right. I am very curious in what they will say. The spokesperson said "...evidence that shows Caylee is alive" according to the report. Even if the sitings weren't debunked by LE it still wouldn't be evidence that she is alive now. The sitings were deemed not credible; they know that so what could they say tomorrow that gives evidence she is alive? Surely they're not going to bore us with the airport sitings all over again, are they? :bang:

I don't think they'll try to blame her death on anybody else unless for some reason she was found out of state.

I remember the what LE said that CA had told him, " I don't care if KC rots in prison as long as I get Caylee back. "
CA's motives regarding Caylee have always been very clear to me.
I personally think that if CA finds out that KC did intentionally kill Caylee that we will find out that she doesn't care if KC 'rots'.
