#SethMazzaglia & Kat dropped bag of evidence in dumpster by fire station. Left Kat’s car by horse barns. Seth wiped down everything


They threw one of the bags in a dumpster near the fire station... and then drove towards the horse barns and parked. Seth took out a towel she says, and wiped down parts of Lizzi's car... and they started to walk. She says the took the remainder of the bags with her clothing and the bag with her purse in it.

They returned to the apartment... threw the rest of the stuff in the dumpster there... Hinckley asked her to identify items found in the dumpster... even held up the gloves, saying they were the ones Seth wore when he strangled Lizzi Marriott

She says they both showered and went to bed... didn't leave the next day... talked about alibis she says... one that Lizzi never showed up, two, that she died accidentally in consensual sex.. suffocated during bondage, and that they'd panicked.

Lizzi says she told a Chester officer that called, that Lizzi hadn't shown up. Seth was there with her at the time.

Seth was arrested the next day for Lizzi's murder. Kat was told she couldn't go back to the apartment right away so she went to Seth's mother's house in Portsmouth. She thought if Seth got out, he'd go there. And says she didn't have anywhere else to go.
