This is probably Lizzie's first visit to Kat on October 2.
 
Lizzie visited Kat on two occasions.

First time was October 2

Second time was October 9 when Lizzie was murdered.

Important not to confuse her arrival time on Oct 2 with her arrival time on Oct 9.

Will that testimony contradict what she's said on the stand, or do we know? It wouldn't look good for the prosecution if it did, IMO. D'oh. <shrugs>

No, it's Oct 9th. If you go back a little further to earlier in the day @ 31:00 the pros gives the date as Oct 9, 2012, then proceeds to read the texts.

AF text and canceled. I could see Seth being frustrated by this, and there's Lizzi sitting right in front of him. He stews on it for a bit and sends the painting text. ( I really don't think anything happened before the text, otherwise why would KM have answered "nervous"?) Then I think he/they brought up having sex and LM declined. Then the horror began.

I'd like to know if there was even a deck of cards found in the apartment. It seems like if there were, they would've been entered in to evidence and possibly dusted for prints.

From what I have seen, it looks like all the evidence has been planted by SM and KM for the prosecution. They told them where everything is. Hopefully they have more than that. In one of the stories, Kat is supposedly out in the water covering the body with seaweed, so she would be soaking wet. I don't know if that is the fake, fake story or the real fake story. Either way, was there any evidence of water in the car?

It didn't really contradict, but it was a waste of time IMO.
Also lead to the def keeping her on the stand for the rest of the day and back again on Monday. Barth is bound and determined to get the last word it seems.

They need to get her off the stand....its doing more damage than its worth.

I have decaf Pepsi (but not diet) -- been drinking it for 30 years -- I cannot tell the diff, except that it does not keep me awake. Recommended!

The private text messages are related to an argument between BA and her sister.
BA said that Lm was avoiding talking about km when asked. (BA appears to be jealous.) She never got a text saying she was at km's.

Scream heard at 10:45, then a males voice.

Showered/changed and threw clothes, boots, gloves and other items (LM's sweatshirt) in the dumpster behind the apartment.

Kat is playing the part perfectly on re-direct... the softly spoken, innocent younger than young victim #2. As Little One pointed out, she needs to be careful, unlike elsewhere ( we are learning), these NH jurors are most likely highly intelligent... and she'd be better served by not mocking their intelligence by placating her responses.

As for the the hairstyle - I, uhm, I'm... words... can't...confused.
