Revisiting this interview with CL (KM's mother) who said AM and KM were at her home at the end of December 2019, during the holidays.

CL said she knew AM and KM were living on the streets "and in a car kinda thing." They were there briefly, and CL expected Harmony to be with them, but KM told CL that Harmony was with her mother.

CL says she thinks something happened between the day after Thanksgiving and December 6. When the reporter asks her what the significance is of December 6, she says KM reminded her of that date because they were homeless, needed a place to stay, and they were there during that timeframe.

At the end, CL said she doesn't know about AM's alleged abuse against Harmony.

JUST IN: NH Governor Chris Sununu in a letter to court officials in Massachusetts says he has "grave concerns" about the handling of Harmony Montgomery's case in that state. Read the letter here:

Which incident of abuse in December of 2019 is the governor talking here about? Is he wrong here and it should be an earlier date or was the abuse reported later? Any ideas?

And living in a car with young children during the winter in NH is ok?
Not worth a call to Child Services?

Just my opinion.
He said he brought harmony to her mother and left her with her mom. (WHICH I DONT BELIEVE) but...
That statement tells me that if she is no longer alive then her body would be close to mothers home. He may want it to "look"as if he dropped her off and she (mother) caused harmonys death and disposed of her body close to home.
I would search in that area that mother lived at the time the dad left with her and came back without her, per story of dad and new wife.

Or he could have owed money on drugs and well, went to a drug house with harmony.

Updated Timeline: NH - NH - Harmony Montgomery, 7, Manchester, Oct 2019 *reported missing Dec 2021* Arrest* MEDIA ONLY

Snipped for focus:

Oct 2019 - DCYF personnel saw Harmony.

Nov 2019 - CS lived at 37 Chapel St #3, Lowell MA with her boyfriend JE who has never met Harmony in person.

Nov 22, 2019 - Boston 25's Blair Miller adopted Harmony's brother on National Adoption Day. Miller inquired with DCF about adopting Harmony as well. A caseworker told him then Harmony had been reunited with her father.

Nov 2019 - The Millers reach out to CS and say they want to send Harmony a Christmas gift from her little brother, but she tells them she’s again unable to reach AM.

Approx Nov 28, 2019 (Thanksgiving Day) - AM told LE he hadn’t seen her since her mother came to pick her up around Thanksgiving of 2019.

The day after Thanksgiving, 2019 - KM told LE that on this date, AM dropped KM off at work and told her that he was taking Harmony to her mother to live.

Around Thanksgiving 2019 - A neighbor, who has lived on Gilford St for decades, said she went away for the Thanksgiving holidays in 2019 and returned to find the family had moved out. She said the house had fallen into foreclosure and AM and KM were refusing to leave and were “basically squatting” at the home with their children before finally being “forced out."

Late 2019 - AM's uncle, KM, said he has not seen Harmony or AM since late 2019.

Dec 2019 - CL (KM's mother) said AM and KM were at her home at the end of December 2019, during the holidays. AM and KM were living on the streets and in a car. CL thinks something happened between the day after Thanksgiving and Dec 6. When the reporter asks her what the significance is of Dec 6, she says KM reminded her of that date because they were homeless, needed a place to stay, and they were there during that timeframe.
The mother of Kayla Montgomery speaks to the media - YouTube

Dec 2019 - An alleged incident of abuse occurred at this time or was being investigated at this time. mass-supreme-court-01182022.pdf (nh.gov) pg 2

Jan 12, 2020 - Police were called for the last time concerning the front door being open; the caller thought it had been kicked in. Police said the door was not kicked in and noted that it looked like someone moved out and left the door open. The report has one or two words blacked out followed by AM’s name. “They were just airing it out,” the report says. “There was a very bad odor.”

While I appreciate Gov Sununu's candor in her great letter to MA Chief Justice Budd, I hope it does not backfire when AM's defense claims his client-- deemed a monstrous drug dealer, horrible individual, and dangerous criminal, by the Governor, will not be afforded a fair trial. We're hearing this now in Florida after the alleged murderer of Ryan Rogers was called a monster by the Police Chief during the presser. AM has already had enough breaks and as much as I agree with the Gov, he needs no added help!
I had the same thoughts. The defense team will likely bring up that the Governor turned the jury pool against him before his trial.

I can't imagine a guy like him would think like that. If it's true this is what he told Kayla, then I think he was merely using that story as a cover, so she wouldn't ask any questions.

He'd just want that body where it could never be found. So I think she's probably closer to home than Massachusetts.

I think Harmony was killed in an act of abuse, and Kayla knows way more than she's saying.

Search for Harmony Montgomery may focus on her father and his estranged wife’s lifestyle

<snip>

Retired Boston Police Chief Dan Linskey says the search for Harmony is difficult, but it’s not impossible. He believes the trail to finding Harmony runs through Adam and Kayla Montgomery.

Right now, both are in jail.

Chief Linskey also said establishing a timeline for when Harmony disappeared is critical.

“It’s very important to try to narrow down the exact time the loss occurred, when she was last seen by folks,” Linskey said. “There’s only so many places they could have gone and been. Law enforcement will investigate those and try and find out if there’s a potential to find the little girl there.”

Linskey tells me Adam and Kayla’s cell phone activity, their emails, and their social media accounts will help investigators pinpoint where they were at around the time Harmony was last seen, and provide new areas to search

But there is more to it than that.

Both Adam and Kayla battled substance abuse, and Linskey tells me, that’s a world that could provide valuable new leads.

“People say things in the world of drugs and narcotics and criminal associates that they don’t say to others and sometimes it takes some motivation for those people to come forward,” Linskey said. “So, if I was in charge of investigating this case, my narcotics detectives would be working on people involved in that trade who might have interacted with these folks and see if there is any information they can come forward with that’s helpful.”

These so called parents sound just like the one's who reported their 9 yr old girl missing in Australia last week. Turns out mom's boyfriend was just arrested for allegedly killing the child and putting her in a barrel and filling it with sand. He put so much sand in the barrel that he couldn't push it into the water---so he left it in the bush and she was just discovered.

Is this new? I don't have a Dec 2019 incident of abuse on the timeline. Or, what incident were they investigating in Dec 2019?

As a result of your judge's decision, New Hampshire officials were not afforded the ability to monitor Harmony's safety. Had the court required that an Interstate Compact home study be completed, there would have been more checks in the system to help ensure Harmony's safety when she was moved to New Hampshire such as continued oversight on the family. More critically, had New Hampshire had this in place when responding and investigating the alleged incident of abuse in December of 2019, the result would likely have been very different for Harmony.

Could the Dec 2019 be when AM uncle made the report about HM with the black eye? That’s what incident I thought it was.

I find this interview with CL (KM's mother) to be so confusing. She seems to say in one breath that KM moved in at the end of December, but then she says December 6th sticks in her mind bc they moved in briefly. Which is it?

Yes. This! I've had family members who were addicted to substances. It's like a cult, and they do overshare. I'll bet some of AM & KM's "friends" heard something along the way. They just need to be prompted/reminded and over o100k in reward money should do the trick.

Could the Dec 2019 be when AM uncle made the report about HM with the black eye? That’s what incident I thought it was.
It's was reported in the AM's arrest affidavit and @PommyMommy's timeline that the Uncle reported the black eye in July 2019 and not December:

Jul 2019– The uncle of Harmony’s father reported an incident to DCYF. After he reported the incident, his nephew stopped speaking to him. Montgomery said he called DCYF in July 2019 after he saw that she had a black eye — but nothing happened. From the affidavit: Due to the above facts and circumstances I believe probable cause exists that AM committed the crime of Second-Degree Assault, RSA 631:2, I(d) on or between 7/1/2019 and 7/22/2019, in that he knowingly caused bodily injury to HM 06/07/2014, a child under the age of 13, by striking her in the face.

Father of missing N.H. girl is suspect in unsolved Massachusetts murder

<Snip>

According to a knowledgeable law enforcement source, Adam Montgomery is a suspect in the murder of Darlin Guzman in Lynn in 2008.

On February 10, 2008, just before 11 pm, police found 28-year-old Darlin Guzman fatally shot in the parking lot of the former White Hen Convenience store in Lynn’s Austin Square.

Guzman was shot in the chest.

First Responders transported Guzman to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.

At the time of the murder, Lynn Police described the suspect as a light-skinned man in his twenties, about six feet tall, wearing a red hooded sweatshirt. He drove away in a red Honda Accord up Boston Street, towards Saugus.

According to my law enforcement source, Adam Montgomery, along with two members of his family, have been the focus of this murder investigation almost since day one.

I’m told the investigation revealed that Adam, and two members of his family, interacted with Guzman earlier that day. And that they agreed to meet up at the White Hen in Lynn.

The result of that meeting was deadly gunfire.

Guzman’s car was recovered days later in a cul de sac in Billerica, which is in the direction of Bedford, NH, where Adam was living with his family at the time.

Adam Montgomery was 18 years old at the time of the Guzman murder. He was already facing various criminal charges in New Hampshire and was free on bail.

To date, neither Adam Montgomery nor anyone else, has been charged with Guzman’s murder. But I am told Adam Montgomery remains a focus of this open and very active investigation.

The Manchester, New Hampshire Police Department is aware that Adam Montgomery is a suspect in the Lynn, Massachusetts murder.
