It sure seems to me, that orange tool they used recently gave them probable cause to plan on digging up the back yard. Melt the snow, grid it out, and start digging. I suspect the next step will be a tent erected to both shelter the workers and shelter the evidence from prying drone/chopper cams. I'd love to be wrong but I think it's a good probability this baby girl is in that back yard.

A trailer was parked in the driveway, the markings on the trailer indicate it is used to warm the ground. The trailer combined with the tarps is often used at construction sites in the winter months to thaw the ground so that crews can work and remove soil.

Is that insulation they have removed from inside the house, sure looks like it from this photo. That doesn't look good for little Harmony. Remember that AM lived there alone after KM left with the three kids. That is what KM's mother said when she gave her impromptu interview with the media outside of her house after her daughter's arraignment.

No, I don't believe the insulation seen in the tweet is from the interior of the house. I believe it was used on the ground beneath the blue tarps overnight. You can see the tarps are folded this morning next to the insulation. They don't want to destroy any evidence excavating "frozen ground" and need all the help they can get since mother nature isn't cooperating. JMO

ETA: Just learned the trailer seen with the insulation is from a firm that provides earth thawing services for construction.

So, KM left the house where she had been staying with AM and other family members of AM on Thanksgiving 2019.

Everyone was gone when she returned.

That was quick exit, guess they left everything behind, wonder what the condition of the house was when she returned. She had a key to get in or they just left it unlocked.

It’s difficult to get a decent timeline of AM’s location. No phone, living in car, etc.

I would agree that the time line is confusing, one article states that she ( Kayla) last saw AM in fall of 2020 another implies they parted ways fall 2019 which was right around the time Harmony went missing and according to one article Kayla said that Adam left the day after Thanksgiving to bring Harmony to her mom in Mass.
Adam's latest GF said that she has been in a romantic relationship with AM for a year. It would be good if and when the timeline becomes more solid

If you look at the pics from zillow on the house, there is a concrete pad just outside the back door. I had wondered if she was buried under that pad. My guess is the insulation was used to help warm the area to make it accessible to dig.

If you click through to the local who posted the pic shared by the reporter, he has a more updated pic that shows the tarp removed and snow is gone. Green grass covered with black cables.

Sounds like they're using a hydronic heater to heat up the area. Hydronic heaters work kind of like the heating systems people will place under their floors. There's cables looped over the ground and then covered by either a heating blanket or insulation. They cover it with tarp, leave it for a few hours and are then able to dig. If you click on the link, and scroll down, you can see an example in some pics.

AM/KM’s youngest is approx 1 year old, so KM was pregnant? when she returned to the house to find it empty since that was the last time she saw AM.
They just left!! No one even bothered to let her know they had left. AM didn’t care about Harmony or any of his children. Horrible.

Kayla is just as much a monster as Adam. How can you stay there, with your own children, with a monster that you know has likely murdered his own child? Even if he truly lied to her about Harmony going to her mother's, at some point she would've asked when Harmony was coming to visit, when are you going to send her money or child support, blah blah blah. I hope they both rot in h*ll. That'll be the only way their existing children will have any chance in life. Such a tragedy for this innocent child. Shame on her own mother, too!! It takes you 3 years to start asking questions and looking around?? Come on! Burn all 3.

Her mother didn't start asking questions after 3 years, she was asking questions, trying to locate her the whole time.
