:snooty: Yeah, obviously Patric jammed all that dirt up his own nose before he laid down to go to sleep :furious:, and while we are at it lets just go ahead and close the Maura Murray case too, cause we all know Maura just went out for a little jog after she wrecked her car.....:snooty: :banghead:

Did anyone else read the guest book on his memorial site?
This caught my eye

" I'm surprised you remembered me! I was Gamerman, Lipstick was my sister. This reminds me of some cruel joke one of his brothers played
I believe it was his brother, after the incident with Patric, someone logged on to his screen name and messaged me saying something like "It's patric, I'm still alive." and logged off. This really upset me :/ RIP Patric "

There is no doubt in my mind this poor boy was murdered most likely by Gabe and Max helped cover it up. What is it going to take for NH to get there heads out of there *advertiser censored**es and make this right! Gabe killing someone else? I mean he obviously was a troubled boy and I believe there may have been some sexual molestation and I believe Max probably knew about it! I feel so bad for Patric's family but it is a little unsettling to me to see his Dad in tears now when I feel like he should have and could have done more when Patric died to make sure justice was done! I really hope that the FBI decides to take this on and am not sure why they are not already since it is federal land and they have the VERY incriminating interview w/ Gabe from 08. You know a child physcopath grows up to be an adult psychopath and will most likley commit more crimes! I pray that the murder(s) are very quickly brought to justice and when this happens that those who decided to stuck their head in the sand because there was no possible way that their opinion could be wrong- Dr. Andrews- pay dearly!!!

Bumping for this little man...I wonder if the feds have made a decision yet?

Internal rift
In a May 5, 2009, letter to Acting U.S. Attorney Michael Loucks in Boston, then-New Hampshire Attorney General Kelly Ayotte chastised Laura Kaplan, an assistant U.S. attorney, for her pursuing the case. Specifically, Ayotte criticized Kaplan for contacting Dr. Thomas Andrew, the chief medical examiner in New Hampshire who ruled Patric's death accidental. Kaplan repeatedly questioned the validity of Andrew's medical opinion and pushed him to change Patric's cause of death to homicide.

Ayotte, now a U.S. senator, describes Kaplan as "unprofessional" and "rude."

Ayotte, a Republican, was elected to the U.S. Senate Nov. 2. She resigned as attorney general to run for Senate just days before her office slammed the door on the Patric McCarthy case in July of 2009.

A spokesman for Ayotte refused a request for an interview and referred questions about the case to the New Hampshire Attorney General's office.

Ayotte's Senate campaign was a HUGE deal here, I thought I was gonna puke from all her TV ads.......She basically ran on one principle: that she prosecuted Michael Addison. Period. Oh, and supported veterans.

Did everyone catch that a friend of G and N said N told her G killed Patric by sitting on his head "til he died"??? It is at Kat's link, and the one provided with the quotes above.

So, let's try and figure out who it benefits to leave this case as is? I mean other than the obvious...I mean MedEx's are human-mistakes happen. What is the big deal with a second opinion?

They are slamming the door on the case because the federal advocate was unprofessional and rude? That seems pretty petty to me.

Is there a link between any of the players here and Ms Ayotte or Dr Andrew? I mean I am really puzzled.

I have no idea but maybe one less unsolved/unsuccessfully prosecuted case? Even if a homicide, I wonder if it would have been difficult to prove in court or prosecute? :waitasec:

I'm just speculating...

I think closing it is different than deciding not to prosecute. They wont reopen it, which is why the family had to go above their heads, so to speak.

I need to go back and read-the family should be able to exhume him (if they havent) and have another autopsy done without the permission of anyone...I am willing to bet people would donate if they cannot afford to do it.

So if NH doesnt want to pursue it and MA does, what is the big deal? It is the Boston office's dime.

I mean is this pure politics here?

Does anyone know where Patric's body is now?

This is so sad! What a sweet little baby. This case has be re-opened. Capecod on line has a lot of articles - some state there is a witness to his murder?? I wonder if it's the now 13 (then 7) year old step brother.

I wanted to bring this forward. That site has tons of information. VERY INTERESTING...

I doubt if Ayotte is connected to them... she's actually pretty clean.
I'm not a fan of her for MANY reasons - but I really don't think she's corrupt.
She, however, was looking forward to a senate run and probably delegated this.

Pathetic decision. Absolutely heartbreaking. I pray there will one day be justice for Patric.
