Police from Woodstock, N.H., are also involved in the search.

Roughly two dozen police vehicles, many of them unmarked, are stationed along Main Street, which is also Route 4, in Grafton and a nearby church parking lot this afternoon. A State Police K9 unit and the state police major crime unit were also on the scene near the intersection with Turnpike Road.

Officials wearing blue booties over their feet could be seen entering an outbuilding, and a state police helicopter was also flying overhead. It landed in a field around 3 p.m. and then later took off again.

The pictures posted are mug shots. I found 3 total. When comparing them to her photos on social media (which don't appear to be filtered) - she's seriously aged in the last year. At that age that usually indicates serious illness or substance abuse Has anyone checked to see if she checked into a hospital or rehab facility?

"Officials focused their efforts on a home at 225 Main St. and the land surrounding it. The property is owned by Douglas Carpenter, according to assessing records .
While he is the owner of the parcel, which is valued at about $190,000, according to property records, Carpenter’s primary residence is listed as South Thomaston, Maine.

Attempts to reach him on Tuesday were unsuccessful.

Strelzin also deferred comment on whether anyone has been living at the property.

The house sits on 9.5 acres and has several outbuildings. Officials roped off the entire property with caution tape, prohibiting anyone without authority access.

Officials could be seen wearing disposable blue booties over their shoes while entering a garage-type structure while a state police helicopter flew overhead....

Police from Woodstock, N.H., also are involved in the search. Haynes’ Facebook page indicates she had been residing in North Woodstock, N.H."

I'm not sure if this link will work but here is a google maps view of the property they are searching. If it doesn't work you can just type in the address for the street address in Grafton NH from Doodles 1211 post above into Google and it will come up.

Carpenter owns a trucking company (1 truck/1 person) that's legally based at that address.

I'm a little confused because North Woodstock is an hour away. Maybe Woodstock police are just involved because that's where she was originally from?

Associate Attorney General Jeffery Strelzin said that he expects the search will resume on Wednesday.

Strelzin said he couldn’t comment “at this point” about what led authorities to the Grafton area. He also gave no indication about whether Haynes could be in hiding, was the victim of foul play or another scenario.

Friend of missing woman says she hasn't seen her in weeks

The attorney general's office is investigating the disappearance of Trish Haynes, 26. Police searched a property Tuesday at 225 Main St. in Grafton, where Ashley Smith, a friend of Haynes, was staying.

Smith said she hasn't heard from Haynes for some time.

"It's been a while," Smith said. "I'd have to say at least, probably, July or so. June. I'm not good with dates."

Ok, I have been digging around on Facebook looking for any other reason why she may have gone missing. I just found it interesting that there is this woman called Sunisa Karntakosol who keeps giving her random abuse about being ugly. Looking at this woman's page it seems she was going out with someone and then he left her for someone else. I'm trying to find it again but I think it was June/July. I just wondered if that someone else could be Trish as Sunisa seems to have so much hate for her. Anyway, somewhere else on Sunisa's page she was talking to a lady called Linda Hughes saying sorry it didn't work out with her and her son but she'd like to keep in touch. I think her son is Bryan Hughes. Bryan also seems to also be friends with Trish but looking back at his posts I can't see any evidence of this being the right son who has been going out with either Trish or Sunisa.

Just wondering if something happened as a result of this situation. I may be totally barking up the wrong tree and haven't time right now to look into it further but thought I'd put it out there for anyone else to look into.
If you look closely at the comments it states the relationship.

Thank you! I had my 5 year old pestering me while I was trying to look into it so probably missed something obvious!

It may have nothing to do with what has happened of course, just speculating really.

That's sad. I hope shes alive still...but they have not see her since feb... the woman who harrassed her was dating her ex....then the woman got dumped by him in July and then that's when she went missing....which is suspicious to me.... and that woman is selling a bow that is missing an arrow.... idk...its very strange. Her ex has been already interviewed and said he does not know....but idk about that woman.

Understood and welcome to Websleuths! I'm just speaking from personal experience a (20+ years as a federal agent) I have NEVER seen anyone sell a murder weapon they used on Facebook. I've seen a conviction where the murder weapon was FOUND and then was also seen in a photo on the POI's social media though.

New MSM article says Trish had pled guilty to domestic violence last year (that may have been the offense unknown record I found in public records) and had a restraining order against the man. Search continues at 3 locations for signs of missing woman

Great points. Also, bow hunting season just opened in NH today so it would be a good time of year to sell it.

<modsnip - discussing/sleuthing FB and someone who is not a POI/suspect>

However, I do suspect foul play. I live in NH, too, an hour away. Keeping my eyes and ears peeled. This is the first I have heard of her being missing, and it was her roommate that said the last time she saw her was in June OR July- her roommate can't remember when she last saw her? It was just recently, according to her!
