I keep looking at Robin Kerry, missing from Missouri in April of 1991 as closely resembling dark-hair TL recon. Robin's NAMUS says the tips of her hair were dyed black. https://www.findthemissing.org/en/cases/6260/1/.

Also this MP from Texas: Lorraine Migl Light missing Nov. 23, 1989 from Spring, Harris County TX . Lorraine's NAMUS link is here:

Lorraine's NAMUS page states she has a "discoloration on left leg". It does not say where on the left leg, but what better way to disguise/minimize a discoloration than with tiger stripes? It is a little hard to tell from Lorraine's MP photo, but it looks like she may lighten her hair-her photo seems to have darker roots. It also appears she has a slight gap in her teeth on the upper jaw.

I agree. I was trying to look up more about her but I haven't found much.

I can only sleuth when I work in the office or when I'm off so IDK yet where I will be today. If you have time to turn her in go for it. Sally went to school somewhere.

Looking thru doenetwork, this 1990 MP from New Jersey caught my attention:

Frances Morales went missing in April 1990. She was not reported missing by her family until November 1992. It looks like there is something going on with her upper teeth, like Tigerlady. France's height is listed at 63 inches, with brown eyes, brown hair. Tigerlady height estimated at 61 inches. TL hazel or unknown eye color, possibly bleached hair. Frances is older than Tigerlady though. In one of Frances's photos her hair appears to be combed straight back. In the photo on the right, it is hard to tell if her hair was permed, curled using a curling iron, or natural wave.

TigerLady only has 2 ruleouts: Heide Wilbur and Deborah McCall

Frances served in the US military prior to her disappearance, so she most likely has fingerprints on file and maybe bloodwork/DNA on file also. Doe network does not state which branch of the military she served in. I am comparing her to Darkhair Tigerlady recon. Frances could have gotten the tattoo since she no longer had to worry about military dress code/protocol/visible tattoos when wearing a skirt as part of a military dress uniform.

Was looking through Canadian MP site run by RCMP when this teen caught my attention: Delphine Nikal, aged 15 disappeared July 1990.
She went missing from British Columbia, 62 inches tall, got around by hitchhiking and was last seen by 2 friends hitchhiking in an eastern direction. Timeline fits, age and height within range. Looking at her picture compared with dark-hair Tigerlady recon.

I think they're doing her a huge injustice by not adding "teen" to the Tiger Lady in the article titles

Police release new sketch of 'Tiger Lady,' still unidentified 23 years after her body was found

The woman’s body was found partially decomposed by the side of I-80 in Knowlton Township on Oct. 26, 1991. She was white, age 17 to 19, and she was petite – somewhere between 4 feet 10 inches to 5 feet 1 inch, and weighing 95 to 110 pounds. She was stripped of clothes, jewelry and earrings from several piercings in her ears. But the most unique feature remained a tantalizing clue to investigators – a crouching Bengal tiger crawling down the calf of her left leg, authorities said.

The body was decomposed to the point that police were unsure of how the woman died, they said at the time.

The tattoo itself was a focus of the investigation – but didn’t lead anywhere. The detectives on the case found it wasn’t rare, and wasn’t of high quality, probably having been done by a nonprofessional, someone who was just learning the business, they told The Star-Ledger at the beginning of the investigation.

n 1993, authorities told the newspaper they suspected that the “Tiger Lady” might be connected to the infamous serial killer Joel Rifkin, who was eventually convicted of killing nine women in the New York area – but who is suspected in 17 or more murders.
