In that motel lot, it is possible a body was found, but that it was another woman...who knows...

O.K. this is an update. Not too much more information than already put out there.

However they had Kisby's name spelled wrong.

Da*n I knew I recognized this name. This guy was up on murder charges out of Philly years ago. Career criminal. I absolutely remember this guy being a real *advertiser censored*s. He slammed his car drg racing into a woman's murdering her. They let him out and he was chased by police on a motorcycle.

This guy should not have been on the street of course. This has to be an old mugshot because he isn't burned.

This makes me so sad. What a waste of a nice man. These PIGS should fry. I hope his burn hurts so bad and that's putting it nicely. Two pieces of S@#$.

Prosecutors allege that Arno and Kisby followed Caballero in a silver Toyota into the parking garage and “approached him physically.”

Officials would not specify what occurred in the garage.

After that, both cars left the garage, then drove around Atlantic City for about an hour, authorities said. Arno and Kisby allegedly traveled to a Wawa in May's Landing and a gas station in Pleasantville, where they purchased lighters and gasoline.

I can only imagine that there will be a major shake-up with their security staff (or there certainly should be) after something like this happening....how in the hell can a person be buried on casino grounds??? With security (K9 no less) everywhere??

How did they do that with all the tourists and people walking around???

Sorry Lavanda....I had it wrong...they originally thought that Martin's body had been buried in the crummy motel where the perps were staying (I mis-read the article). Now they are saying that he has not yet been found unfortunately. I am still wondering though, with all of this nifty security, how the carjacking/robbery took place...I would think that all those security cameras would have caught this in action in the first place.

No, it's not you. The media said "Police told WCBS that a body was found buried behind the hotel, but added there is no word yet as to whether the body was Caballero's" I assumed it meant the Casino hotel and couldnt figure out how anyone could do that due to the boardwalk on one side and full public view on the other...so it must mean the motel where they were staying? Here is how it was worded "Police told WCBS that a body was found buried behind the hotel, but added there is no word yet as to whether the body was Caballero's."

Bad reporting again....some LE officer probably commented to a reporter regarding the bodies found at that location in the past case, and the reporter didn't bother to follow up with further questions to be specific or to do the research for themselves.

Ok. So are we saying no body at all was located? Sorry for the confusion.

Housel said Arno and Kisby, who were traveling together in a four-door silver Toyota sedan, approached Caballero while he was in his white Lincoln luxury sedan inside the casino-parking garage.

While it's unclear what happened after that, Housel said a man was recorded on video at around 1 a.m. on May 22 using the victim's ATM card at a bank in Egg Harbor. A few minutes later, Caballero's car was seen at a Pleasantville gas station where a woman — believed to be Kisby — got a gas can and gas from the attendant, Housel said.

O.K. but they weren't when I posted that.;)Thanks though.

LOL, I actually owe you an apology. I had no idea there were two threads and thought you were posting it under the thread I was on. Oops! :blushing:

Good afternoon, I just came on this board today have been catching up. My prayers for Martin and his family. How terrible this is. I had an incident yesterday that showed me how easy it is for someone to just disappear in broad daylight. I was parked in a small parking lot, under a tree hidden from view of the stores. I was just getting in my car when out of no where a man approached me. I did not see him or hear him coming. I was already in my car, but my door was open. I slammed the door, locked it and backed out without ever acknowledging him. It made me realize I could have been robbed, carjacked or shot without anyone seeing it. Scared me to death. I am going to buy me some mace, never park in a place like that again and be more aware of my surroundings. You see I thought I was aware, I looked around and never saw him. He came up on me so fast. I am also thinking of getting a carry permit for my gun.

A scary experience.
I had something similiar happen last week.
I was at a local fast food restaurant. I was eating, parked in my car, in the far back row of the restaurant. My view was of a slight incline and a road with lots of traffic.
When I pulled into the drive through, I noticed an RV. It needed a lot of work on it. It looked like someone lived in it full time.
I remember thinking, hmm, have to remember that slanted torn window blind. It looked suspicious.
Back to eating my lunch and reading a book in the back row.
The RV is parked about six spaces down from me.
I notice the man comes back with a fast food bag.
I continue to read.
And then the man shows up at my car window.
Now I always keep my doors locked. (I have been on this forum for awhile.)
But he asks to borrow money and gives me a reason why, gas money, needs to get to a town about 40 miles away. And he says, he needs 9.00 or 11.00 dollars. I find that odd. I am calculating in my head, .. you would need a lot more than that to get that old funky RV 40 miles down the road. And I am thinking to myself, I could just put the car in reverse and get out of there.
But I just said no to his request. I made eye contact with him and said no, sorry, can't do that.
He walked away.

But, again, it says how fast someone can come up on a person, even if you feel a little leary about them.
