In that motel lot, it is possible a body was found, but that it was another woman...who knows...
We already know who the perps are. They've been arrested.
I can only imagine that there will be a major shake-up with their security staff (or there certainly should be) after something like this happening....how in the hell can a person be buried on casino grounds??? With security (K9 no less) everywhere??
Sorry Lavanda....I had it wrong...they originally thought that Martin's body had been buried in the crummy motel where the perps were staying (I mis-read the article). Now they are saying that he has not yet been found unfortunately. I am still wondering though, with all of this nifty security, how the carjacking/robbery took place...I would think that all those security cameras would have caught this in action in the first place.
No, it's not you. The media said "Police told WCBS that a body was found buried behind the hotel, but added there is no word yet as to whether the body was Caballero's" I assumed it meant the Casino hotel and couldnt figure out how anyone could do that due to the boardwalk on one side and full public view on the other...so it must mean the motel where they were staying? Here is how it was worded "Police told WCBS that a body was found buried behind the hotel, but added there is no word yet as to whether the body was Caballero's."

Bad reporting again....some LE officer probably commented to a reporter regarding the bodies found at that location in the past case, and the reporter didn't bother to follow up with further questions to be specific or to do the research for themselves.

Ok. So are we saying no body at all was located? Sorry for the confusion.
Initial word from the scene was that a body was found, but officials have since said no body has been found. The search for Caballero continues.
Housel said Arno and Kisby, who were traveling together in a four-door silver Toyota sedan, approached Caballero while he was in his white Lincoln luxury sedan inside the casino-parking garage.
While it's unclear what happened after that, Housel said a man was recorded on video at around 1 a.m. on May 22 using the victim's ATM card at a bank in Egg Harbor. A few minutes later, Caballero's car was seen at a Pleasantville gas station where a woman believed to be Kisby got a gas can and gas from the attendant, Housel said.
O.K. but they weren't when I posted that.Thanks though.

Good afternoon, I just came on this board today have been catching up. My prayers for Martin and his family. How terrible this is. I had an incident yesterday that showed me how easy it is for someone to just disappear in broad daylight. I was parked in a small parking lot, under a tree hidden from view of the stores. I was just getting in my car when out of no where a man approached me. I did not see him or hear him coming. I was already in my car, but my door was open. I slammed the door, locked it and backed out without ever acknowledging him. It made me realize I could have been robbed, carjacked or shot without anyone seeing it. Scared me to death. I am going to buy me some mace, never park in a place like that again and be more aware of my surroundings. You see I thought I was aware, I looked around and never saw him. He came up on me so fast. I am also thinking of getting a carry permit for my gun.
