I can only imagine that there will be a major shake-up with their security staff (or there certainly should be) after something like this happening....how in the hell can a person be buried on casino grounds??? With security (K9 no less) everywhere??
I thought I read the body was found behind a hotel these 2 where staying at, not behind the casino, but I might be wrong.

It is poor reporting because where they were staying is not a hotel. I think the body was found behind the motel they were staying at.

I think buried behind the scuzzy motel where the two were arrested. The pink and blue paint job looks like ..well, if I said what it looked like I might have to give myself a TO so will refrain.

I'm so devistated this happened. I was so hoping Mr. Caballero would be found alive. Likely injured but alive. My heart aches for his family. He looked like such a nice friendly man, the kind who is easy to like and put a smile on others faces easily.

"Late Friday morning, police had handcuffed a man outside the Golden Key Motel along Black Horse Pike. The man, whose shoulder was covered in scars and burns, sat on a chair, quiet, solemn. The man wore black pants and no shoes. Officers tied the man's ankles together and walked him to a police car."

"Police had been looking for Craig Arno, 44, as a person of interest since Wednesday night, when an "attempt to locate" flyer began being circulated among law enforcement. Those are not released to the public, but The Press of Atlantic City did obtain a copy.
The flyer said he was wanted for questioning in a carjacking out of Atlantic City, and may also be accompanied by a white female.
The flyer said Arno may have significant burns to his neck and hands. It also said Arno has previously brandished a gun at a law enforcement officer."

....interesting....I remember that 48 Hours did a story on those murders....I wonder if all of this is related...

I've been wondering if the hotel was the same one as this case. There is the worst element of crime in that area.

I think there is a thread about the women here somewhere.

Yeah... that place needs to be shut down and demolished IMO.

...now they're saying NO body was found?

"Action News has learned that authorities have taken two people into custody, a man and a woman, in Pleasantville, New Jersey. They have been identified as Frank Arno, 45, of Atlantic City and Jessica Kisbee, who is believed to be 24 or 25, of Egg Harbor Township.

The two who were arrested were caught near the Golden Key Motel at 8030 Black Horse Pike Friday afternoon.

Initial word from the scene was that a body was found, but officials have since said no body has been found. The search for Caballero continues.

Caballero, of North Bergen, N.J., vanished back on Friday, May 21st. He was last seen dropping family members off at the front entrance of the Trump Taj Mahal around 10:00 p.m.

Police say he swiped his casino rewards card to go into a parking garage, but never met his family after that.

Investigators released a photo of an unidentified man using Caballero's credit card around 1:00 a.m. $300 was taken out of Caballero's account.

Family members say Caballero's car was found, on fire, around 2:30 a.m. in Blackwood. No one was inside.
Prosecutors believe Kisbee and Arno were driving a silver Toyota and pulled into the Trump Taj Mahal parking lot shortly after Caballero and followed him to his parking space.

Then, prosecutors allege, Kisbee and Arno went to a nearby Wawa to buy a lighter, then to a nearby gas station for 5 gallons of gasoline, then headed to Blackwood and set Caballero's car on fire. During the arson, prosecutors say, Arno suffered severe burns to his hands and face.

Investigators want to hear from anyone who might have seen a white Lincoln and a silver Toyota driving together in the Atlantic City area on May 21st or early Saturday May 22nd."

This almost sounds like it could be bad reporting.

This has to be the epitamy of all the bad reporting we've seen.
I guess this is the result of our need for instant news.

IF no body was found I hope there is still a chance Mr. Caballero is injured but alive somewhere. While the chances may be slim, and I am not at all familiar with NJ or the community which might only get hispanic news, I always think back to a case of a child who went unidentified in the houston area for appx 5 years until his case was broadcast on Univision. (I think that is the hispanic only national media station... )

My heart is heavy for his family.

This is local to me and it wasjust on our evening news. Basically all the same information you guys have mentioned. My mom yelled into me that they had suspects from the ATM photos. She then said they said not a word to where this poor man is.

What?

According to her they basically just told about the suspects.

My thoughts and prayers are with this poor family.

On an aside I can relate about the Taj parking lot. It's very high. Tall in comparisson to the well lit neighbor The Showboat. My parents had parked there only once my mom said and they had to go way up to the roof. My dad was a Philly Detective and street smart and he commented to my mom he wasn't thrilled with going way up there and then making way to the elevator. Not that this helps anything but just an experience.

I think there is a thread about the women here somewhere.

Suzi there is a thread on the women that were murdered there. Steve Huff also did an article on this that was good.

If I may? As is the case with all casino towns I believe the same exists for Atlantic City. Where these two ummm "people" were found is bad. Crack abounds. Prostitution is rampant. Unfortunately the two colide too often.

I'll find the thread and links for you all as to this day nobody has been found in the murders of those poor women. Not to hijack from Mr. Caballero. They originally arrested the maintance man of that seedy joint but then let him go. The case was known because all the girls heads faced a certain direction and they were sans shoes.

Just my opinion but this creeper they got locked up is more than likely an addict with a long record.

Edit to say if that is the correct spelling of that girl's name Kisbee she is not local. Most likely a transplant who actually lives in one of those seedy hotels. Arno shows up as lving out of Brigantine at one time.
