Didn't find aggravating factors 1 and 2. But is finding for others, like 3, I think, and 9. Hard to follow.

Doh. I just learned that aggravating comes from the State, mitigating from the Defense.

My faith is restored. I was worried at the start. Judge addressed how unloving the defendant was pre and post treadmill incident. No hug, no high five. He says it doesn’t add up at all with how all the character letters depicted the defendant.

He also says the defendant is at risk of re-offending since he tried to subvert the justice system by trying to manipulate his mom during trial and fled after the incident.
