I'm guessing whoever the mother is was a teen and she most likey did not went to a hospital to have the baby going back to #6 whoever this girl is was probalby around 13-25 (not sure if thats an actual but jsut a guess) All I know this woman had to be a teen of some sort other then that not much leads as i see it but there are many ways that baby could've ended up there instead of the mother dumping her in there. Like a boyfriend or someone else dumping the baby in the dumpester other then that i want to say this woman really did not went to the hospital to have this baby thats all i really got

''Authorities believe Baby Jane Doe was born just hours before she was found in a dumpster behind a shopping center at the intersection of Route 42 and Ganttown Road on the morning of Dec. 4, 1986.
Someone had wrapped the full-term white infant, who had dark hair and brown eyes, in a beach towel with an African plains scene. Baby Jane Doe was then placed in a silver plastic trash bag and dropped in a dumpster behind a Towne Center pizza shop''
