Pretrial detention denied?! I can't believe she's on the streets. Saw on her Facebook page that she has a new/old boyfriend who is in jail somewhere else. There are screenshots of them talking over some jail system. The NM justice system needs some serious work.

I am not sure that she is OUT? I thought they denied her pretrial release order - ?? At least that is the way I am reading it...

It appears from the Facebook page, she was hanging out at the mall last weekend. Hopefully she's no longer armed....

Does anyone know how the 7 year old is? He was supposed to be critically injured.

I've tried finding articles in the local news, nothing has updated the status of the child
