I don't know, the UID's 1st and 2nd toes were webbed on right foot only, and had expensive dental work done. If this UID was Candace, there should be x-rays if she's had lots of dental work done.
There is a thread in the "Missing But Not Forgotten" that indicates Candace Starr was found deceased... I hope I have linked this correctly.
