I have pinched this humor from the BBC, as they were the ones who spotted it, after a listener's tip. It's not the story itself, of the woman having a pee, it's how it's written, especially in the context of a picture of a bottom.

There are several rotating messages, including "Do your civic doody, report the pooper," "Help us flush the pooper" and "Help us catch the poopetrator."

The Twitter hashtag #ypsipooper accompanies the messages, as well as a man dressed as a superhero wearing a T-shirt featuring a pile of poo in a circle with a line through it.
