Recharged (4/16/19) & re-indicted, charged & arraigned (7/2/19) with 1 count of 1st degree murder, 14 counts of 1st degree child abuse/neglect & 6 counts of child abuse/neglect. Plead not guilty. $5K bond. Out on bond (4/12/19). Bond revoked (4/16/19). $350K Cash or Surety bond.
Autopsy findings revealed La’Rayah had 20 newly broken ribs, internal bleeding, a lacerated liver & bruises to her heart, diaphragm & connective tissue.
Trial was set to begin on 1/17/23 continued on 12/4/23.
