I can understand your concerns. Scary!
 
On another sister's fb there are comments that she may be with someone named Justin. I think sometimes that in the case of the missing that parents do not always disclose information for fear of thinking that police and the public might not take it seriously. If there is more info it would be great to put it out there officially because maybe they will receive more info.

Twitter feed says there were some leads followed up on but no results as of yet.

Vegas local here. The school she attends and the park she disappeared form are in the same proximity. I imagine they lived close, hence dad would have been there quickly after getting the call and she would have known the area. That said, others would have too. Vegas has a HUGE trafficking problem and that was my first thought. Not so much random stranger abduction as targeted trafficking grab. Local police are being very quiet about it. Alot of trafficking victims are not snatched randomly here but hooked up through friends of friends of friends. I would be interested to know more about the choreography coach as well as the friends who were planning the party. Keep you posted if we get more local info.

We are still searching!
An hour into the search meet up, over 120 Las Vegans signed in to collect a packet and signed up to a designated search grid. There are at least 2 to 3 persons to a signature. Nevada Child Seekers said "this has been the largest turn out they have ever seen!!
The community is covering MILES.

(Note --it was nearly 100 degrees today - may have even hit 100 - and no shortage of volunteers!)

Also - I wanted to bring attention to one more item that I hope is not related.

I mentioned that the Vegas police (LVMPD) have now blocked all access to their channels and keep all their information very close. It's a very bad practice. On May 23rd an 11-year-old girl was assaulted. She was alone and looking for her siblings and a man pulled up in a car and somehow convinced her to get in. She was driven somewhere, brutally assaulted and then thrown out of the car. An ambulance was called for her and the suspect has not been apprehended.

Although it was on the other side of the town, if the information was more readily shared perhaps if the instances are related more people would know what to look for and report it.

According to Google Maps, it’s a 1.5-hour drive from LV to Laughlin.

Whatever lead them to believe Molly may be there, I hope the information is solid.

I am very worried about Molly. I do not believe she is missing on her own volition.

Perhaps I am generalizing, but when I think of casinos, I also think of prostitution. I hope and pray that she isn’t being trafficked.

Unfortunately prostitution is what I think.
I hope this young lady is found soon, some of what happens to the young nowadays is too awful.

Depending on where you drive from Laughlin is 45 minutes to 1.5 hours away. You are correct in linking the casinos to prostitution. The casinos do have lots of competent, trained security so there are not trafficked kids just roaming the casinos freely although there are many of age prostitutes at the bars and tables on a regular basis. We all know who they are but if you do not see them actively soliciting it is difficult to control. There is a thriving street trade in the local motels and instances take place in the hotel rooms, even the major ones, out of public view, private residences and the numerous massage parlors.

Not sure how much can be posted - I did mention that trafficking is rampant here in Vegas - and very much underreported and even purposefully not reported in a misguided attempt to protect the city's image. Many of these kids are not just dragged off and drugged -- although that happens, too. We've had beat up kids found near death thrown out in the street because they spoke up an/or tried to escape. A very common tactic is for a man to feign interest in the female or even a female, usually slightly older, to befriend the person and commiserate with them about gripes about their parents and then introduce the victim to a pimp/trafficker. The kids are usually groomed for a period of time.

A common denominator in these scenarios is that the victim, at first, feels wanted and loved. So, in Laughlin, for example, if a person in this scenario was spotted in say the Laughlin Outlet Mall with 2 men and a woman it would tend to fit in with the scenarios mentioned.

The sex trafficking industry will increase even further with the addition of the Oakland Raiders football team that has inked a deal to relocate to Las Vegas. The stadium is currently being built. Boxing matches and football games - especially the Super Bowl are high alert times. With the current Sheriff who has spent millions to encrypt and shield their communications from the public, I'd personally caution anyone to think twice about moving here if you have young children or intend to. I know much has been spent to promote the "family-friendly" image but the truth is nowhere near as rosy.

If -- and it is adn if -she left on her own she may have been instructed or persuaded to do that to buy her time. Remember the find my iphone was turned off so IF the scenario is true she could have even left earlier either voluntarily or involuntarily.
