OMG! That's hilarious, Jayme! We need to go to the park too!

Before or after the martini's? I have wanted to fly out and "investigate" from the beginning. I'm serious about this girls...let's do it! We can tape BM w/ hidden microphones too!
Charlies Angels has nothing on SluethDiva's

Vegas Baby Paperdoll, get those mermaid martinis ready!

You'd like to be on the jury and I think you'd be a great jurist, but I'd rather you weren't on the jury so you can share your thoughts here during the trial. I know, I'm being selfish. If you end up selected (wouldn't that be awesome), I'll be happy for you!

I know, I couldn't post here if I were selected :( But I highly doubt I'd be selected, I've only done one jury service and that was years ago in CA. In fact it was sort of a high profile case and I got called as an alternate but when the defense questioned me, I said that I'm not going to like looking at the crime scene photos, it would bother me so he didn't want me on the jury.. lol

Do they allow popcorn and Cokes in the courtroom gallery? I'm tempted to get a cheap flight to Vegas or use my dad's casino comps to go watch it live and in person!

(JMO - this trial would be almost as appealing as the May 2nd Floyd Mayweather Jr. - Manny Pacquiao bout to me. Fewer celebs though.)

They do allow popcorn and cokes at the DMV here in Vegas  Would be great to have it in the court room..

Did anyone see Shepard Smith's news story on this? It must have been quite something but I missed it. I wonder when it was and if there is a video of it online...

ETA: This may have been a while back. It seems Bob is upset at Shepard and I'd like to see why.

Thank you! That site is a great resource.

Based on RM's comments and Shepard's news story, it seems RM is upset that Shepard said EN was in the silver car when the road rage incident occurred.

The big question: Was there one silver four door car or two silver four door cars? If RM is going to be talking, he might as well straighten out these details for us.

What he's saying, if he means one car, is exactly how I read the warrant: EN wasn't in the car at the time of the incident. It was on the way to picking him up. And the M's didn't know he was in it.

I'm not sure how anyone clarifying that can improve how people feel about TM and BM's actions since none of this justifies TM getting BM and his gun from granny's drawers.

What are you talking about? She's commenting on the grand jury and if the DA has a chance in hell of a conviction based on SpanshInquisitions ponderings about the LE disagreeing with the M's about an accident, and SpanishInqisition provides to links showing the disagreement on this point. One link shows M's claiming early on there was an accident. The other link shows LE stating there was no accident. She's wondering, many of us are wondering, how does the DA have a case when they can't agree on that point?

This is how I envision the first day of court starting out. (Going with a Vegas theme.) First prosecution will spin the suspect wheel to select who was in the Audi. Next will be the story wheel to decide which version they are going to use. Court will proceed from there.

Why am I imagining y'all waking up in Vegas with a baby and a tiger in your room? And someone missing a tooth? :laughcry:

(From The Hangover lol)

Which version would that be and will we be on like version 10.7 by the time the trial arrives?

I wonder if this new story is intended to explain the story by KM that there two black men and the spikey haired white guy. This new RM story makes that story more legit-after all it was two different cars and two different groups of people.

That's what I think. He knows that the previous stories have only raised more questions, so he's making up yet more stories.

I have no reason to believe that suddenly, now, RM is telling the truth about what happened that night. Nor is there any evidence to believe that he is suddenly, now, telling the truth about what happened that night.

When you fail to tell the story correctly the first dozen times you tell it, you're going to have to provide a lot of very hard, irrefutable evidence to convince me that this time you're telling the story correctly.

Love it! I can't imagine any other way to come up with a strategy! :D

Wouldn't that be a hoot for a bunch of middle aged women?

I think that's unlikely to be the cause of his latest spin if it's an old story. When did the two black men story come out? Wasn't that an early story? I can't remember.

One of the first stories but still, it's out there and the police have heard it. No doubt the prosecutors too, and perhaps M's have been told their stories do not hold up well in a courtroom.
