During the course of the police investigation, NLVPD and the District Attorney’s Office determined there was probable cause to arrest Beasley and walker in connection with the disappearance, murder, and subsequent disposal of little Zaela Walker's body.

I agree. He was obviously upset by her having wet the bed/herself and the cleanup that followed resulting in abuse that was so harsh it caused her to have at least one (probably multiple since he searched "stop seizures" vs "a seizure") prior to her death. He searched that the day/morning after the bed wetting incident so she obviously suffered over some period of time. That poor, sweet child.

not a single one of my kids was potty trained before 3..... ugh !!!! 2 is too young for a lot of kids!

Unfortunately, it is not Zaela, but fortunately, they did locate the mother. The child is now in custody of DCF:

*Lakeia Walker aka Keia Shauntice (27) “mom” arrested & charged (3/15/19 & arraigned (3/20/19 with 1st degree murder. Held without bond.

Interesting case, no body, no hard evidence. But obvious deceptions. And one can hardly "lose" a toddler! They never even reported her missing.

A North Las Vegas mother was indicted Wednesday (4/3) on a murder charge in connection with the death of her missing 3-year-old daughter.

Along with murder, Beasley also is charged with one count each of first-degree kidnapping, unlawful taking of a vehicle and theft. He was arrested late last year in connection with the girl’s disappearance.

Held without bond.
*Lakeia Walker aka Keia Shauntice (27) “mom” arrested & charged (3/15/19 & arraigned (3/20/19) with 1st degree murder & open murder. Held without bond. 4/3/19 Update: Both indicted on 1st degree murder charges. Beasley also is charged with one count each of first-degree kidnapping, unlawful taking of a vehicle and theft. Preliminary hearing for both on 4/8. Arraignment for Beasley on 4/9 & hearing for Walker on 4/9.
