It appears those 12 jurors found some degree of credibility in Cohen’s testimony. JMO

4 years in RikersI think this NY conviction has just secured Trump another 4 years. LOVE IT!
Haha….the truth always matters, except to Michael Cohen.30 May 2024
'The truth always matters': Michael Cohen reacts to verdict
Michael Cohen, in a statement responding to the verdict reported by multiple outlets, said:
He thanked his attorneys, Danya Perry and Joshua Kolb, “for their invaluable guidance and support.”
Cohen, of course, is Donald Trump’s former lawyer and fixer who became the prosecution’s star witness. Cohen was at the center of the criminal case as the man who set up the deal to pay Stormy Daniels $130,000 shortly before the 2016 presidential election to keep her from speaking out about an alleged affair she had with Trump.
Michael Cohen ‘relieved’ after Trump verdict – as it happened

doesn't seem like traffic was that bad, takes me longer to get home.NOW: I’m at Trump Tower where Trump just returned from his guilty verdict. He walked to the corner of 5th Avenue, waved at the crowd gathered and raised his fist.
Not even setting up the Capital police for violence and murder because he didn’t get his way?Nothing that I've seen so far. JMO.
And to think this jury used his testimony to vote for a conviction. JMOHaha….the truth always matters, except to Michael Cohen.
that is why he did his "testifying" outside of the court to the press....Lest we forget. For as long as this case has been discussed, Mr. Trump said he would testify because he was being railroaded. He continually has dodged ever detailing his actions under the guise of "swearing to tell the truth, the whole truth." His team put on a laughable defense. They did not call him (as was his right by law) and they failed dismantle what the prosecution presented.
The right verdict has been determined, imho. No one is above the law. All politicians have to behave better.
I know. And to think this jury used his testimony to vote for a conviction. JMO

Because it was corroborated. And to think this jury used his testimony to vote for a conviction. JMO
Moo ..if you mean as President. I think you are probably right.....mooI think this NY conviction has just secured Trump another 4 years. LOVE IT!
It is my understanding that convicted individuals can't appeal just because they don't like the verdict. Appeals must be based on whether or not the law was applied correctly throughout the trial.Only took you 90+ attempts to pin something on him after eight years. Be overturned on appeal anyhow.
It seems pretty clear his testimony corroborated all of the other evidence that was presented to the jury. And to think this jury used his testimony to vote for a conviction. JMO
I said it was my opinion and it's based on his testimony.Respectfully, we don't know what they used to vote for a conviction.
He’d still flip them off.surely some of those cars would pull over and let him by if they only knew it was him in there......
I know. Damn the USA wanting to hold criminals liable.I think that President Trump campaign has been hindered by this trial so asking for donations is perfectly fine. JMO.
Not if I don't believe he was telling the truth and instead seeking revenge against President Trump. JMO.It seems pretty clear his testimony corroborated all of the other evidence that was presented to the jury.
Legal fees were paid by his PAC and from what I've read, it's pretty well drained. Trump Lawyers Paid Nearly $50 Million From Political PAC Since First IndictmentI don't think it was unexpected. But the campaign didn't pay the legal fees did they? I think not..... so hindered as in set back but not financially?
One time? GMAB. JMO.He played more golf than campaign on days off from the trial, so that point is pretty invalid.
