I am talking about the incest. She is refusing to cooperate in the incest investigation. Admitting to something happening, is not the same thing as a sworn statement. As linked in multiple articles above, LE can not bring incest charges without her cooperation. You can't go to court with no victim, or no proof of a victim. They still have the burden to prove two people were having sex. They have no official sworn statement, no victim cooperation. They can't go to court, based on them admitting something with no corroboration. That will not be considered evidence. They have no actual proof of the statement and no victim willing to corroborate the statement. You can't take someone to court, because they said something once.

She wouldn't necessarily be considered the victim in incest case because she is legally an adult. So in theory prosecution could have charged both her and her father with incest. Obviously they don't want to do this.

Very true. It does seem that LE do consider her a victim in some measure, though. At least, IMO.

The Woody Allen case comes to mind, although he was SYP's "step-father", he was not her biological father, so it was not against the law for WA to marry his "daughter".
In this case, the biological father of the young woman, was not her legal "father" so they could do what they want.
Hoping this was a case of misdirected/guided love, as opposed to a calculated act on the part of the bio.f.
Did the bio.f. seek help for her because he actually was worried for her, or because he was angry that he had to "share".

No surprise. But did the boys have consensual sex with her? I thought they'd got their DNA but the victim apparently failed to pick them out of a line up. So were they there or not?

I'm annoyed. It's unfair these boys have been named if they're entirely innocent, their lives ahead of them but with google against them.

They had sex with someone who was drunk enough to have sex with her biological father in a park. I'm betting she wasn't capable of consent and what those young men did is no better than slipping a date a rufie. Everyone involved in this cluster**** should be removed from society. JMO.

It's easy to think 'oh that poor girl, taken advantage of by all these men/boys.' But remember, sometimes the woman/girl is no better than the men. She may have actually encouraged/wanted/allowed this to happen.
In the normal world, that doesn't make sense. But we no longer seem to live in a normal world.

From what has been reported, woman was highly intoxicated. Was she in any position to give consent?
From what was reported, one of the males asked her father "can we have some of that?"
Her father can not give consent for her.
