There are no missing adult alerts in NY according to the NY Division of Criminal Justice Services

"Currently Active Missing Child, Missing Adult, or AMBER Alerts: NONE"

It's odd that there is no one missing from NY listed on this site.

A man 50 miles or so from here is missing (Schenectady, NY), and his case is recent, within the last week.

Any thought on why LostNMissing had to register JR in NAMUS?
Normally police do this, but anyone is allowed to, correct?
Was it a double registration?
Seems like an awfully long time to wait to have her registered, unless there was reason NOT to have her registered.

If you register- you are allowed to enter info. I could have entered her info or updated it, as a registered member.

I know Lavanda said NamUs is being updated with information about Jennifer (piercings, glasses, etc.), but I noticed that there is still no time indicated on the date she was last seen, Dec. 11, 2012 and I don't believe this was mentioned in LD's post.

Are there doubts about the approximate time Jennifer was last seen?

Is the true time being withheld?

So the police registered her on the 13th, and Lavanda is updating. Got it.

Yes, there are doubts about the time she was last seen.

There are doubts about GR's alibi, doubts about the way he treated Jennifer when they were together, even prior to the affair, as well as doubts about how he treats JR's family now.

No matter how much i'd like to entertain other scenarios, all roads seem to lead back to GR. And every time I learn something new, he's standing a little deeper in ****.

Yes thanks, I just saw that. She is not listed in the main missing person list. Despite the fact that someone close to her is registered on that page.

It's very possible that any wrong-doings won't be on the computers he turned over. That doesn't make him invincible though. It may mean someone has to work harder, that's all.
