Jillian,

Anything you can add as you're now verified as an insider? TIA!

IMO - if you wanted to imply she had run off with someone, and you knew she was gaming through a phone app, and probably even talking to people on there, you'd want the phone to be found, and found functional. But you would also need it to look as though she had it with her when she left the house.

I should have been more direct, that is what I was saying. If she ditched it, why not wipe it? (or destroy it)

Him "finding" the phone is still very sketchy to me.

IMO it would be very hard to move 190lbs by yourself.

Yes, but looking at his pictures, we can tell that he's very buff - so probably strong. Petite little Jodi Arias dragged Travis's body into the shower by herself, it would appear.

Another thing. A woman wants to leave her husband and all her life behind. She doesn't want to be found. Always in the morning her husband drives their kids to school. So why would this woman wait for him to come back, and then go on with her preparations when he's around? Why wouldn't she jump out of the bed the minute her husband and kids are out, grab the clothes and stuff and ride into sunset (or rather sunrise in this case)?

Good point!

Jennifer's wedding rings.

Where did that info come from, that Jennifer left her wedding rings in her jewelry box?
Who found them and when?

Lavanda said it at the end of Thread #3!

I put it in quotes because it is not something that has been confirmed/denied publicly by either GR, ES or Police. There are also many levels of "affairs", many scenarios behind "infidelity" and if it in fact becomes a public confirmation that "infidelity" even existed, and unless all those involved are speaking out to give their explanations...it is not my place to do so.
It also has not ever been confirmed by anyone, without a shadow of doubt, that Jennifer had any knowledge of rumors or "affairs." I would hate to think if she is out there in any troubled state that reading about a possible affair that may not or may have occurred... would drive her further away. Did that thought occur to anyone? (Not meaning you directly Shar...I mean this to any and all.)

I don't think it would be any more upsetting than her husband saying that her kids didn't miss the new her, but do miss the old her. Or the way it is being illuded to that she may have ran off with someone by constantly bringing up the new friends she had made while gaming. Or talking about how she had changed but not in a good way, or that she had unhealthy weight loss....
We're a bunch of strangers talking about her husbands possible affair.
Her husband is the one who said the other things.
I think for me, to hear my husband say those things would hurt a heck of a lot more than some strangers talking about stuff that "may or may not be true"

Agree - too sloppy... the muddy van, the phone....

"Confrontation" -

1. Either she confronted him at home that morning

or

2. She left, got to Norwich and forgot something, went home and came upon something unexpected.

IMO, I don't think she ever left the house alive that day. It then turned into a "Spontaneous" / sloppy get rid of the evidence and make up the story / alibi

Well, number 2 fits right in there with "hitched a ride from ES from the Y"...

My genuine opinion on this front is that she'd be far more hurt by her husband implying in MSM that her kids don't want her back unless she returns to the way she was 'before' than she would by a bunch of complete strangers gossiping on a bulletin board about her love life.

Well said Fringles. Lavanda, was there any thought on yours or GR's part about making such disparaging remarks about Jennifer in the interview?
Comments such as the kids not missing the new mom, comments in regards to her weight etc?
If I was Jennifer and had seen this and was already in the state of mind you have said you believe she was in (not thinking anyone needed her etc)
this would def. reaffirm what I was already thinking.
If I was suicidal in anyway, seeing that interview would certainly tip me over the edge.

BBM:

Jumping off your post: I love the question- and would like to pose the same question to Jillian ....

Lavanda,

You may have already told us but have you met him in person? Just curious as I know that it would be easier to convey a certain emotion via the phone.

Based on what I've seen, if I had to pick what happened, I would think that it was a bit of both. Premeditated in terms of thinking about it, trying to plan it but not having a concrete plan and then spontaneous spurred by a super strong emotion. Anger, confrontation, maybe ES leaving him or forcing him to pick between the 2.

I think ES and GR still have something going on too. IMO.

I agree. I think it was thought of, but that it happened during a heated argument. Then the cover up began

This does seem to make the most sense. Then he scrambled around to make sure he had an alibi for most of the day. He wouldn't have had time to be any more careful about the condition of the van, the phone, etc etc. He had to be there when his kids got out of school. So he only had a few hours to work with in terms of getting rid of (and/or planting) evidence.

So happy to see you Jillian!!
And I'm very excited that we have a few verified insiders on this case. This way we can compare notes so to speak, and see what info matches up!

I think most of us here do believe that the affair occurred, as we trust RB's insider knowledge.
~ respectfully snipped for space

Agree 100%.

It's ok to discuss what our verified posters have said, its not ok to discuss them in a personal way.
