EXACTLY MK!!! So, we have a girl who was at home with "others" and who left with a guy that was paying her significant bucks that night. ALC is a key person to identify who the SK is IMHO. Why did her sister tell the boyfriend, DS, not to worry??? When DID they start worrying??? WTH was she never reported as missing?? I mean really! Given what I have seen over the past few days, you could not build enough prisons to house escorts and john's from the Long Island area alone!!! If I was hooking with my sister and she went missing, I would call LE and let them know because I really don't see myself doing any time in jail at all! My sister would be more important!!! Now, if I was involved with something, and/or my sister was involved with something that involved a lot of money, I might be more hesitant to call because I might be in fear for my own life. Hmmmm...... new theories..... All of this is of course, my own opinion, and sometimes vivid, but accurate imagination.

Accurate except her sister wasn't there when she left, she gave the phone to "the people she was with" according to her sister. I'm not sure who those people were. It's all so strange...

No problem. Earlier, we were trying to come up with an explanation of how the john at the gated community might not be actually involved in SB's disappearance, other than being her last known customer.

Personally, I believe that the drowning speculation voiced only recently by the last witness at the gated community who called 911 emerged when it did to divert attention from the gated community. By that, I do not mean anyone there is a suspect, but it emerged for reasons concerning property values, privacy issues, etc.

Lets strip away or morals and put them aside for a second. There are some people out there who only think of themselves first. And the sister seems to be that type. Has she given any names of these friends yet to LE? Is she covering for these friends? It is hard to take peoples word when they have alternative motives. Fear, greed, addiction, ect....She is telling half truths if you ask me. ALC is the key

Yes, one other thing... ALC left her cell phone behind. Also, I do not know where her sister was that day. I would hope LE knows.... if not - they need to get busy and find out! The events of 9/2/2010 when Amber Lynn Costello went missing are crucial to solving this case, IMHO.

I dvr'ed it. I only watched it once but I replayed the part with Amber's sister because that was totally new information for me and I think the circumstances surrounding the last moments these woman were seen are critical. There was also a lot of talk about past serial killers (Green River especially) and there was an interview with a survivor of the Grim Sleeper. As far as new information goes, the only part that contained anything notable was the part with Amber's sister.

I pretty much summarized that whole part with Amber's sister in my earlier post. On that note, this is not directed at you at all, epiphany, I just feel it needs to be said...

Amber's sister was clearly very upset during the interview and I do not think it is our place to judge her. I'm sure she's cooperating with LE, there is no reason to believe she isn't. I just think they were asked not to reveal certain details to the public. LE is trying to keep a closed lid on all information related to this case.

Who knows what Amber's patterns were in the past, maybe she was in the habit of disappearing without any notice and then showing up a while later, unharmed. We do not know all the details, we have not walked in their shoes. These people are going through hell already, they don't need our judgments on top of everything else.

Some people just don't care. Everyone likes to say that that LE doesn't look for prostitutes and or drug addicts like they do "regular" people cause they just don't care. Imagine how much less other drug addicts, dealers, Johns, ect REALLY don't care. I have seen it on many levels. Have one in my family. So what we are doing here is caring for complete strangers in the name of justice and what should be right in this world. And maybe if we are lucky, they (LE) will find this guy who has taken "not caring" to the ultimate level.
It is frustrating as H-E- double toothpicks. Keep focused and think outside of you own box, and maybe one of us can find something to assist the capture of this monster!!!!!

Before I got on any family's case for not reporting somebody missing, I would want to know a lot more information. Like whether the missing person was in the habit of skipping out for a few days, and whether the family went to the police and were told it was the wrong place, or to wait a couple of days, or whether they thought they filed but the police never wrote it down -- so many possible reasons, not all of them sinister.

here's an article about the officer and k9, blue, who had orginally found the first victims and how the officer went about chosing that area to search.

obviously he's not a suspect in the case. if hadn't been searching that specific area, we wouldn't be at where we are today.

Don't really want to recap it but suffice it to say Jennifer Connelly's heroin addiction leads her to do some pretty seedy things.

She was superb in that film. Sadly it often goes down like that save for some poor girl on the avenue would get a lousey $40.00 for that and that's on the higher end.

We touched on this just before the last discussion was locked up (because of the links we posted to the actual sites discussing ALC and the others) and I have been meaning to ask more about this since it appears that viewing that site requires a membership. Obviously, someone very smart tipped off this reporter (and hopefully LE) about this.

What we see here is motive as well as a legitimate threat. The "people" who they have to "take care" of prostitutes who stiff Johns like this are either

1) Wannabee hit men

or

2) Actual hit men.

Either way, they are both potentially dangerous (and capable). All along everyone is assuming that a single male SK is responsible for these murders and for dumping these bodies. What if it's two or three guys and/or guys & gals?

Pissed off Johns who had enough?

Angry pimps or prostitutes who no longer work with the missing woman?

Current or former LE who has a grudge against prostitutes (possibly because one of them may have cost him/her their job or a promotion in the past)?

Current or former correction officer who worked at an all-girls correctional facility and now despises prostitutes?

Woman or women who are fed up with their spouses "hobbying" so they take revenge on prostitutes?

Anything is possible.

One thing is for sure- the person or people responsible for these deaths simply do not value the lives of prostitutes. They view them as dispensable.

If ALC went on a $1500 outcall wearing a hoodie and jeans, maybe the SK is posing as a 'movie maker' and that is why she did not need any sexy clothing - it would be provided on the set of the movie. When I get back latter, I will sleuth "*advertiser censored* movie production' ads. That makes perfect sense, because the SK could even get them into "compromising/dangerous" positions, i.e. being tied up with a ligature around their necks and tell them it is part of the movie plot. I have suspected he has video taped his crimes for a while, but only now thought about the whole thing being a ruse for the girl to be a "movie star".

I am so in agreement with you about this because that is what the butcher (Joel Rifkin) did, called the women over for "photo shoots" and then handcuffed them, saying it was for the photo shoot.

This is why I think there were plans of so-called "after parties."

I still think there is a 2nd location for the after party: like the cabin in the Ng and Lake murders. There were handcuffs, a bright light and I believe videos involved in that case. (I just saw the movie "Black Dahlia" and it creeped me out)
