I finally got around to listening to the podcast interview with Sheree, SG sister. A lot here are focusing on the odd Dr. episode. But what struck me the most, and what I find damning for JB is what Sheree says he said when they asked him what happened the week before...JB claims he told SG to leave because (paraphrasing) "she wasn't what he expected, looked different from her picture online". I think that is almost a cliche line. At 4:20 in the morning, she's already been there several hours and now she has called 911(something escorts never do) screaming, convinced she is going to die. He had his lies ready...if the cops arrived on scene he was ready to say..."she's an insane drug addict, I didn't use her, I didn't pay her she was ugly" I also read that in another interview he said he was caught offguard that she came with a driver, don't know what groundwork he was laying there, something though. I think the Asian was providing prey for him, I think the Asian drove her there but he was the broker and SG put it together at some point in the night that she had no protection and that the Asian and people in the house were very bad. Maybe that's the groundwork: JB can claim he doesn't know the Asian if it ever came to that. Sorry to generalize, but Asians are not common in that area of LI, that is standing out to me, he definitely works for an escort ring. He booked her, she may have come with him, but she wasn't getting into that car with him and there's a reason for that.

i agree with a lot of what you've posted. shannon definitely didn't trust the driver, jb at that point.

as for the driver, he could be suspect or a witness.
the bf and driver went searching for shannon after she went missing. so for the driver to do that... well i don't know. jb has the money to hire the driver to pay to get him girls.

the driver sure didn't have much nice to say about shannon, as you mentioned.

i don't know what to make of the driver. he's either a witness and under protection which is why we've not heard his name, or he's part of this and suspect.

jb has made a lot of comments regarding this case, which are very distasteful considering these girls were found practicly in his backyard.
also we see le putting the heat on jb by the search right up in his neighborhood.

imo, i think jb is the sk possibly with or without an accomplice. how do we know there was even a drifter there that night?

jb likely could afford a good lawyer, and le wants a solid case.

jb is so full of it, imo. he was probably saying that to attempt to cause doubt that it was shannon. if he was so pissed he would have kicked her out when she got there she had been there since 1 or 2am. not to mention jb admitting to hiring sg is a complete contradiction that some drifter friend was who hired her.

there's a link to the interview, very informative. jb could have called posing as the dr to throw heat off himself, and moreso he'd call thinking the family would lay off. the family had to keep pressuring le to search for shannon. make a call, pose as doc, so the fam thinks shes somewhere safe.

when they just reported her missing, le hardly searched. that's why sg's sisters found shannon's earring outside jb's. that's very sad.

jb is guilty as sin and i'm sticking to it. it's no coincidence sg goes missing just where they happen to find 8 bodies.
jb didn't pass a polygraph, it was inconclusive.

thank god shannon ran for her life that night, if she hadn't we never would have known what happened to her. she made "witnesses" by her actions. that was a good thing, it gave a location. and those who saw her know she was in fear of her life.
i wish they'd release that 911 call. obviously they cant since she names the sk.

Honestly no, Chemco. I just think it was easier for him to move bodies, and probably harder to detect them.

If he is the same SK from AC well the facing East thing? Definately that's ritual.

Gngr, You're Blessed. There are women and men for that fact who are self-employed.

A Pimp isn't to protect you for you. It's to protect you for him. You may even start out on your own and a pimp finds out. You've now got yourself a pimp weather you like it or not.

Some women do hire their own protection. Example being you work in a strip club and take clients later. You pay maybe the bouncer and he studies or something while he waits on ya. You pay him.

Pimp's are another whole thing. You are there to make them money. They are there to meet your needs. All which points to feeding you and keeping you high and in line. Higher caliber women? Well way more.

Does that make sense? Basically the girls out there for $20.00? They have nobody. You go out there like ya came into this world. Alone. Also many times it's your actual original boyfriend who is your pimp out there on the street. That's with addicts. Two addicts and your butt is the one gets put out there making your actual boyfriend your pimp. He controls the drugs.

Location of the bodies..
I know the positioning of the bodies on the newsday map isn't to scale exactly, but looking at it, if those are the only bodies there, there are 5 together, 1 further down, and 2 more even further down. I was thinking maybe "512" meant something? Maybe not. The first 5 do LOOK equally apart but, the rest is out of sequence. Looking at Google maps, I saw a lot of "emergency stopping only" signs. Could this possibly be the marks the killer was going by? At each sign, he stopped..scary!

Body of an infant?
I really hope this isn't true. This case is starting to really make me sick now. How does that fit into the story? Ocean Parkway seems to be a popular site for a dumping grounds, maybe for more than 1 killer.

Misc thoughts..
Once in awhile, I accompany a friend of mine on a train ride to visit her family. I do it mainly for the train ride. I always enjoy listening to my ipod and looking out the window. But not anymore. I pass through miles and miles of tall weeded desolate areas that probably haven't been visited by anyone in years. I can't help but think of these women.

Tracking phones...
I honestly think the killer is finding these escorts on Craigslist/other sites and then meeting with them, then killing them. BUT, some of you suggested maybe he was grabbing them after they came from an appointment. Is it possible that he was looking for women advertising in that area and then tracking the girl's phone number that they post? So he knew where their appointments were, and maybe he did grab them when leaving? Can someone pinpoint an exact location of a phone with just the phone number?

in the community where jb lives obviously someone knows something.
if i were the gilbert family i would have a huge lawsuit against le for lack of responding in time.
2 diff residents called not to mention shannon herself, le knew the location the excuse the family was that they didn't think shannon was in danger.

Up in my neck of the woods we had a woman tricking out of a hotel who put her child in the bathroom while she worked. Over on Crimes Against Children I think it was Moreno linked recently to an article a woman used Craigslist at an airport hotel. She got busted and they found her toddler in another room on another floor. Prostitutes from the street do it all the time. Heck, their say exterminator could be the trick, and they have kids in the house.

God forgive me, but it could be. Then again there's some real lunatic out there. Who is not missing a child right now?
