Circumstances of RecoverySanitation workers discovered an unknown black female in a cardboard drum at the corner of 141st Ave and 224th St in Queens. Had multiple balloons of heroin in her stomach, it is likely that she was a body packer, smuggling drugs into the country.

Something tells me she's not American, maybe african or caribbean because of the drug smuggling.
I don't think Africa but definitely Caribbean. Possibly Puerto Rico or any of the Dutch territories where heroin was a popular drug.

west indian. also, usually the person who ordered the transport would have removed the drugs from her body. they lose money if they dont and have to answer to the next up the chain.
That doesn't seem to be the case here though, as Namus says there were balloons of heroin in her body. The poor thing, what an awful way to die; most smugglers are not users themselves but are coerced through money or threats against family/friends.
 
This location is very close to John F Kennedy International Airport which is about 3 miles away. It’s possible that this person might have been a drug “mule”either voluntarily or involuntarily. Imo
