Latest DNA in Malone of Matt. Sighting of two men in creek in Saranac Lake.

Does anything in particular make you think that? Just curious. Good thought, thought I know nothing about western unions except that if you're behind someone at the walmart service desk who is sending one, it seems like they take a long time, a lot of information, and always appear somewhat sketchy.

IMO only based on pretty much no knowledge like I said.

Wait, what? Is the Saranac Lake sighting some new thing? That's too far, IMO, can't be credible. MSM link available for that one? Just trying to stay updated, I was away from the keyboard for like one hour and as usual a ton of new stuff came out. :scared:

"Authorities seeking two two escaped prisoners responded with a brief but intense search effort north of Saranac Lake this morning after a local woman said she saw two shirtless men in boggy creek beside state Route 86.

State police later told her it turned out to be a pair older of older teenage boys, swimming."

Everyone is so on edge now that anyone reported walking in the woods is going to be reported as suspect. Wonder how long before someone innocent gets hurt in one of these sightings.

Just catching up on this and reading through a few pages, you all have been busy. Seeing the reports of a break in and Matt's DNA, so I guess he is in the area, curious as to what they found it on. Another thing I would like to know is who does the bloody sock belong too? Should know from testing that.
 
Interesting that it was DNA found in this second cabin rather than fingerprints. DNA is tested from blood, saliva, semen, hair or skin. What could Matt have left traces of behind to get this positive match? It doesn't appear that he could have been there very long since the owner lives there.

ETA: Disregard that about the owner. I misread the press republican article and thought the owner was interviewed, but it was just another owner nearby.

So was it found on Wednesday or was it found on Tuesday and results were back on Wednesday at which point the focused on that community? Hard to know but either way it's FRIDAY AFTERNOON now, that's a long time to not let residents know JMO.
 
With all of this going on I would think that every break in should be assumed to be them, notify the public to be safe. That break in was days ago, they could indeed have crossed the border by now. Remember the intense night search on Wednesday night, that was another area wasn't it?

I want to say it was Sweat's, but I don't know if that's something I've made up in my head or it was actually reported. I've been going on the the assumption the sock, boots, and underwear belonged to Sweat, and the DNA found on a spoon used for the peanut butter belonged to one or both of them? I can't keep all this straight lol, so someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
