Owner of limo company is currently in Pakistan.

I believe he said the bus they were supposed to rent was from another company but cancelled last minute so someone scrambled to get another limo and went with this company.

Since they are saying the limo sustained major front end damage I suspect the huge motor would have been pushed back in to the front seat area.

He had to be really going fast when he went into the very deep ditch.

Saw no skid marks they're saying.

Imo

Owner tried to blame the failure of the sewage system on 'sabotage' by an evicted tenant. The building inspector says it was improper installs and maintenance.

Perhaps the owner will claim the limo was sabotaged too.

Completely agree. The Hussain’s do not appear to be concerned with safety or laws. All their establishments need to be investigated. I’m sure there are more we aren’t aware of. IMO

I discovered there is more than one Prestige Limo service in the general area. If anyone looks for them, be sure you have the company based in Wilton, New York (NOT Rochester or Albany) ... or it might be Gansevoort sccording to another article (are Wilton and Gansevoort the same area?)
The company is based at the Crest Hotel and Suites in Gansevoort, N.Y., a small town north of Albany, Limousine Owner Had Shoddy Record and Shady Dealings

State Police explore whether negligence factor in fatal crash

State Police said the owner of Prestige Limousine, Shahed Hussain, is in Dubai. Troopers have seized all three of the firm's remaining limousines.

A Sept. 4 inspection was done by the state Department of Transportation. The inspection found multiple safety violations of a 2001 Ford Excursion owned by Prestige with the plate TOGALUX1.

The vehicle was cited for a malfunction of the ABS indicators for the hydraulic brake system; operating a commercial motor vehicle without proof of a periodic inspection; defective emergency exits; failure to correct defects noted on previous inspection report, and defective windshield wipers.
