Her family said around 11 p.m. that night she left home to go walk her dog near Carthage and Vine Street but never returned.

Alisha Skeebey, 31, and her dog, Baby Girl, have not been seen since Aug. 24 near the Hamilton County Fairgrounds, according to the Cincinnati Police Department.
