Saturday night around 8:00, one of the search groups reportedly found a tent filled with clothes, a hole and a blanket that volunteers say appeared to have blood on it. The tip was reported and police moved in on the area. At this point, Toledo Police officers are still on the scene, along with Braylen’s mother, who is declining to comment publicly, and many other volunteers.

Police showed the blanket to Braylen’s mother, which was found near the cemetery by the apartments. She told police that she did not recognize it. The items were taken as possible evidence. At this point, it is unclear if they are in any way connected to the case.

First responders searched the entire apartment complex using k-9 crews, drones, as well as a dive team within Hunter Ridge’s pool.

Officers are asking people to avoid the wooded area behind Hunter’s Ridge. It can be dangerous down there.

There’s an FBI coordinated search around 1:30.

Just spoke with one of the search leaders looking for missing Braylen Noble and she says volunteers were back out early this morning. More search parties are expected to join later as well as a moment of prayer at 3 at Hunter’s Ridge Apts @WTOL11Toledo

I find it unusual that LE is asking volunteers to search. I'm certainly not knocking it but as far as I can tell it's not a coordinated effort such as we've seen in other cases. IOW, no central meeting place or signup area.

But it's good to know the FBI is getting involved.

I live very near this location. While it hasn't been made clear in MSM, the search is organized and coordinated with specific instructions, meeting spots, crew leaders and coordinators. This info has been on posts that are not allowed here. From a local standpoint, it seems very purposeful and organized. I just hope he is found very soon.

Sorry, why is the wooded area ‘dangerous’?
It's just more wooded there and near a larger metro park. The general area is very flat but that area has some hills, trees, creeks, etc. It's also an area where lately some criminal activity and those on the run have gravitated towards. Some homeless do often reside near a bridge there as well, not that they are necessarily dangerous. It's just a very dense and wooded area in the middle of an urban area.

I did not know what they meant when it was said searchers found a hole and clothes in a tent.

The searchers found a freshly dug hole that was not there earlier at 3 pm, according to officers

"A separate group of searchers also found what appeared to be a freshly dug hole in the woods nearby that had a two-by-four board next to it.

According to a witness, a police officer who saw the hole said it had not been there before.

Police stress that neither of these developments can be conclusively linked to the 3-year-old's disappearance at this time and they are still investigating."

Search continues for missing 3-year-old in Toledo

Looking at the apartment building pictured in the above article and I don't see how a 3 year old is going to fall out a window from that height and just get up and run off plus those windows have screens on them to prevent this type of thing from happening. As for the balcony I'm not sure if a 3 year old could even fit between the railings on the balcony to fall or could he climb over the top but again I would think he would have been seriously injured and not able to just get up and run off. Something just doesn't sit right with either of those scenarios for me I hope that I am wrong though and he is found safe.

NEW PHOTOS: Here are more recent photos of Braylen Noble. A family member who sent me these photos says the cell phone cord in his hand is his “comfort” and goes everywhere with it.

TFRD on scene at a Dollar General near the Hunter’s Ridge apartment complex. I’m told TPD and TFRD crews are at an embankment in the area just combing through again.
