Steven King's trial pushed back to November
Steven King's trial has been pushed back to November at the request of King's attorney. King is currently facing charges of obstruction of justice in connection to the disappearance of 1-year-old Elaina Steinfurth earlier this year.
King's attorney asked for a continuance because the investigation is ongoing. He said in court on Monday that he spoke with prosecutors last week, and he has reason to believe the case will be resolved in the next 3-4 weeks with an indictment
