The baby boy is not named in media, and I cannot find an amber alert for this little toddler! Mother, Elizabeth Tatum was found dead in a padlocked bedroom in their apartment. Dad is believed to be traveling on Greyhound (with toddler), and was possibly spotted in the Miami area. This took place just a few miles from my house, very little coverage, and I really dont have a good feeling about this...two guns missing from their apartment..Dad is said to be armed and dangerous....praying hard for this little one!

WILLOUGHBY HILLS, Ohio (WUPW) - A 23-year-old Northeast Ohio woman with ties to Toledo was found dead inside an apartment complex in Lake County, east of Cleveland.

The body of Elizabeth Tatum was found at the Willoughby Hills Towers on Wednesday morning, The Lake County News-Herald reported.

Ive been looking for a pic also, with no luck.....there hasnt been one shown on local tv either...cant imagine the police couldnt have come up with one from the apartment by now

Ah ha so his name is Jermaine L. Tatum. Now I have to go back and look at something. And one of the places listed as a residence is Cleveland .... anothter ah ha moment.

A coworker said Tatum did not miss work during his 13 years at Merit Brass, but when we was a no-show on Tuesday and Wednesday, they sent someone to his apartment. The Cleveland company is cooperating with the investigation.

Elizabeth Tatum worked at K-Mart in Mentor and has family in Toledo. Police said she had just informed her family that she was leaving her husband to move back home. The last time anyone had contact with the woman was around 1 p.m. on Monday, police told the media Friday.

No new news this morning on this missing toddler . From link below, WH police dont think the suspect has any family other than his wife and son...and that he was a loner type..seems like that would make him desperate ...noone seems to know why he headed to Miami, Florida...IMO- a perfect place to be lost amoung the "crowd?" Praying for this little guy's safety! (WH police, we NEED a name and pic of this boy! Please!)

The Chief said he does not believe Jermaine Tatum had any family beyond his wife and son. Police went to the couple's apartment after a co-worker at Merit Brass in Richmond Heights contacted them and asked police to check on the 32-year old. Tatum had not reported to work and three unexcused absences would have led to his termination.

Jermaine Tatum was the last known person to have contact with Elizabeth, Collins said, but he had not been seen since Monday afternoon.

Collins also said family members had told authorities that Elizabeth Tatum, whose maiden name was Robinson, planned to tell her husband she was leaving him and moving back to Toledo with their son.

Rest peacefully Elizabeth. All be on the alert for this man and baby. He is probably armed and dangerous. Possibly in the Miami Spring area of Florida.

So sad. I hope the baby is being properly cared for and given love and not abused while on the run with his father. I hope the police catch up with them soon and get the baby back in good mental and physical health. Its bad enough that he has lost his mother and probably soon his father too (who will be in prison if he doesn't kill himself or if the police don't kill him).
