Does Nancy Grace edit her interview conversations? I thought it was a live interview. I know I didn't hear JC say that he was given a voice stress analysis test. The first I heard of that was on FB from JC's family.

I asked the same thing on FB. People who watched the show said he DID NOT say that to NG. It was only his family on FB that said that. It was a mistake in the newspaper.

The way I look at the test thing is this. LE gave JC some kind of a test early on. He is not really sure what it was. His mind is going in a hundred different directions with everything that is going on.

NG asked him if he took a poly test and he said yes and I passed, not knowing or thinking about what kind of test he originally took in their first interview.

Someone that seen the interview (his mother) corrects him about what he said about taking a poly test when it was actually a voice stress test.

So then NG asks again last night if he took a poly and he say's "no".

I don't blame JC for NG not following through and asking him something like "I thought you said you took a poly test on our first interview and now you are saying you didn't" so the record could be set straight on if he took a poly test or not.

Apparently KM's dad didn't approve of JC. This whole situation's probably only made that sentiment worse...:p

I think the reason that NG does not follow through and confront her guests about discepancies like that is that she wants them to continue coming on and talking. If she started being calling them out on their lies they would not come on her show anymore,imo.

I agree & I would like to believe that is why she kissed Ron Cummings butt. :innocent:
 
You can add another to the list. We weren't engaged, but together 6 years, freshman hs - 2 years out. I moved to the big city, he stayed behind, we broke up. That was actually why I was thinking it wasn't because she out grew him, it's just so common, but maybe he's obsessive.

Pynkphysh, I was thinking he shows signs of ADD as well. That could explain being fidgety, being confused (if he stops paying attention or only pays attention half way)

I've been meaning to point out something. In the interview her dad did with one of the morning shows when they ask what JC and KM had been doing up until the 12:45 message, I thought I detected an odd something in his voice then he said "I didn't ask him"
I don't know,but it struck me as odd and I couldn't put my finger on it exactly.

I felt he was holding back, also if he didn't ask JC that night, why didn't he ask later?

Well, I guess that's why I didn't post anything on it sooner, it's just a feeling, but if they are not having contact the dad could be feeling what a lot of us here are feeling. :twocents:

Could someone bring up the interview again it's way way back

Okay....here's a question...On Nancy Graces' show last night she states they were told by the police department that they KNOW the cell phone tower where Katelyn's phone last pinged. They have a radius but do not know the exact location on where to search.

Well, if they know the radius, then is this the area where they have begun to search?
 
I find it very interesting that JC referred to finding "them" on NG last night. Following the FB page(s), I see that there was speculation that KM was pregnant? Has anyone else heard this?
 
Next question:

JC told Nancy Grace last night that he left Katelyn's at 11:30 or 12:00am. Her phone was turned off at approx. 12:45am. Provinding that the friend lives quite close to Katelyn's house, maybe he got there fairly quickly. But how are he and Katelyn texting back and forth about the documents if her phone when her phone went dead? He stated on the show last night, that he received the final picture message from her at 2:00am but, of course, that's a lie. He can't be receiving messages from a dead phone. That's why finding out who this alleged friend is and how long it takes to get from Katelyn's to this friend's home is critical.

Yes, it would make the most sense that they would start searching where her phone last pinged.

I think it also says that LE knows that her phone did not ping off the the tower where her apartment is.

My other question is about Katelyn's phone. The police must have it or otherwise they wouldn't know the exact cell phone tower where her phone last "pinged" unless they have it. But was it the phone found in the park, or did they find her phone inside the home and haven't yet released this information? Or, do they know the cell tower where it last pinged before her phone went dead?
 
Well, let's say that he left he house and 11:45pm. Let's say the friend lives 20 minutes away and he arrives at this friends house at 12:05am. He would have to sit and chat with the friend for a number of minutes just to shoot the breeze, etc., so let's say that this took 15 min. and it's now 12:20am. He then goes about finding the implements and gathering the documents out of his car and sets about startiing a fire and this takes another 20 minutes and it's now 12:40am. Are we to believe that they are texting back and forth during the document burning with only approximately 10 minutes left to count before her phone goes dead?
