Jail = ZERO SSI he gets zilch now.

The best we have heard from his attorney is he couldn't be the mastermind, as he is accused of being by LE, because he only has a 7th grade education. His lawyer didn't say, for all the world to hear, that he is not bright enough to plot and plan to stalk and kill 8 people, just that he is not educated enough to be the mastermind.

Well the SSI isn't a huge loss to worry about if you're in jail staring at the death penalty. When you spoke of him looking healthy enough to work and getting SSI, it doesn't mean that he has to be physically impaired to get SSI. A 7th grade education leads me more inclined to believe that there is something going on upstairs. I'm not sure why you included the mugshots, I've been on this thread since about the fourth day after the murders, I know what the Ws look like, but thanks anyway.

the trials...I think we are all getting a little testy waiting....I have no beef with you at all rsd...I have been reading your opinions a long time and like what you have to say from down south, where I used to live. (Now I am stuck working in a MI prison with my spouse and I. 47 of our co-workers positive, God I hope I live long enough to see the trials finish.)

All disabilities do not look the same and we don't know anything about his disability. We do know that he's competent to stand trial so that means he can understand what is going on with the charges and court hearings against him, but we know little else of his mental capacity. Nearly everyone, by the time they reach seventh grade, actually before that, knows it is wrong to murder people, so I don't see the disability, whatever it is, moving a jury to free him or give him a lesser sentence based on that.

IIRC, BW 's SSI started when he had to file a workers compensation claim but I will have to look up the details again. It had nothing to do with his childhood. JMO

That bunch of Wagners has been dishonest their whole life, JMO if the truth was known all that land came by dishonesty’s ways, again I say this by what the Wagners has did thru this whole trial and what I have read that you posters has put on here, JMO
These people has not been convicted yet but I wouldn’t bet any money on them winning any trial, JMO

BW has only a 7th grade education and is somehow incapable of masterminding the murders of 8 individuals. On February, 14, 1929, 7 individuals (and a dog) were murdered in a garage in Chicago. That crime was masterminded by a man with incomplete 8th grade education.

I agree, Rita always looked nervous (scared) when in court. I felt she was threatened. And looking at what evidence has been released, she had a good reason to be scared. My heart goes out to all family members not involved, you know what they say, you can’t pick your family, and grateful they are not mine! Justice for Rhoden and Gilley families!

Al actually didn't go that far, he began to have trouble in school around his sixth grade year and never returned to school. He began to hang out with and was then taken in, and accepted, as a member of, one of the worst street gangs in NYC. He later moved up and moved on to Chicago. He was brought up in violence from early on, however, I agree, just b/c one has only a 7th grade education it doesn't mean they can't function in society nor plot/commit murders (we can just read the news). There seemed to be no real planning though for after the murders. When they came back to Ohio from their run away to AK, I think it was because they had no other clue as to what to do next, and were broke. I see G3 as more of the brawn, but don't discount him as having input into the planning. I honestly see none of the W4 as "masterminds" though.
