Were photos of grow operation shown on camera? I've only seen the cables.

No they were not. Just the cables in place.

No pics from the interior of the metal outbuilding, just the front and the exterior fan on the right side front corner.

Edit: Lunch until 1:20pm.

Jmo it is amazing how Billy’s dna not found at scene. You know when he met with Cr he couldn’t have any protection on. I am sure after the killing he put gloves on. How was such a big man so calm knowing what was about to happen?

Off to bed. Cant wait to catch up in the a.m.

Im not sure how long the defense will take on cross but there isnt much there. They havent objected.

I think BCI did a thorough and methodical job processing the scene. I dont think they can be accused.of.sloppy work with the amount of swapping and testing done.

He just needed to make sure he wiped his own gun clean. Amazing someone (Jake?) got Gary's blood on the back garage door, but none of his own DNA. I'm thinking he had gloves on.

Agent Hanshaw direct continued
Sketch of interior of home put up for jury

evidence of struggle, no, outbuildings looked at whilst waiting for scan to be done,

stack of photos handed to Agent, photo of cars on property, pointing garage/building out, silver truck in photo,
processed garage took photos - silver truck in photo, red truck, garage, documented all tags on vehicles, photographing the exterior of building, external cameras on building photo, went and documented both floors with photographs, went upstairs on deck outside the door handle on floor, photo, collected Item 5, door handle shown to jury,
STIPULATION Item 5 door handle sent to lab insufficient DNA for comparison
examined door, photographed it, photographed cameras on roof seemed to be pointing to residence, looked for recording device none found, appeared to be forced entry in the door, and small trace of blood, transfer blood he called it, collected swabs, Item 6, blood transfer blood close to door handle,
STIPULATION Item 6 swab positive for blood, DNA GR CR excluded from swab
numerous cables on floor, collected cables, should have had recording devices on the end, no devices ever found,
weed grow up there, each cord was given a number, majority of cables went to a camera, wanted to swab to see if suspect touched them to take recording devices, but if gloves worn no DNA (showing jury a cable) (OPINION CR had serious surveillance of his property - so it would IMO have been immediately obvious to LE that whoever did the murders had to have known the family and the property very well)
Stipulation item 7 insufficient DNA
Stipulation Item 8 insufficient DNA
Stipulation Item 9 insufficient DNA
Stipulation Item 10 insufficient data,
Item 7-10 the cables were shown to jury

photographed weed, on left side, small grow,

took photos of other buildings, other LE processed them

more photos, documented another building, yellow bulldozer near building, photos from inside, nothing remarkable that day to him, went to another building, black shed, white door, door locked, SW may be needed so moved on to other things, photo of black building fan outside building, based on my experience could be a grow op,
motion sensor on tree, (motion sensor may have been found but not by him,) to sense movement around black building, grow room, no blood on door, no forced entry
STIPULATION BCI collection, no DNA from GW, JW, BW, AW from CR scene 1

arrived at 12.20pm cleared 3.39am, present when bodies removed, bodies not removed till about 3am approx.
coroner's office to remove bodies, I knew coroner investigator he suited up (we felt we had got all the forensic evidence that we felt we needed) put victims in body bags and carried them out, carried outside residence, (used boxes of gloves that day,) to the vehicle for transport, never got stuck when bringing bodies down hallway from bedroom, ( am pleased the state is cleverly undermining some of the defense expected argument)another reminder that a 250lb Agent could easily carry bodies through house showing that GW bigger in 2016 is not an issue) - created report, use crime pad to document scene and then use notes to create report, handed State a clean cope of his report, I try to go room by room in working a crime scene, Kenneth Dick Coroner's investigator, I only went in CR residence.

Agent sounds very respectful towards the victims, as to how he did all the collecting, swabbing, documenting, photographing of scene, so that it would help catch who did it, only then did he respectfully help to carry out the victims himself with the coroner's investigator

LUNCH till 1.20pm

Im sure their adrenalin was pumping so hard they could see their pulsing heart in their eyes. They had to have been sweating profusely because of it.

I guess they were perfect and aw got them caught with the receipt and laptop work.

But i know theres so much more than dna

(From what I recall, no Wagner DNA was discovered at murder scenes.)

LUNCH till 1.20pm

I now know the red truck in front of the garage is also a Ford , so still don't know which truck provided the GPS evidence.

There wasn't any discussion about lab results of DNA swab on Chris Sr's wallet, though. Assume it only had his DNA on it?

so either GW or BW got Grs blood on handle

I don't want to say for sure. I think we have to wait. The prosecution is just putting out evidentiary breadcrumbs right now, but they will add more puzzle pieces later on. JMO.

I just have a feeling the prosecution isn't putting all the crime scene evidence out yet. JMO. What do the rest of you think? ICBW

If a drug cartel wipes out the competition... would they not destroy the crops there or take them away?

I would show all the drug stuff... obviously it wasn't the reason for the killings. No need to avoid it IMO.

I would like to see the "small amount of grow" so defense can't make a bigger deal of it than it was
