Yes I heard they were found in her sons room at her house, but I never heard what the specific question or answer was given to gj. Jmo

If you have a minute, could you tell us whether it is a crime for someone to be in a group, listening to them plan a crime, but not doing anything to report or stop it? TIA

We're referring to the Special Prosecutor in the Rhoden Family murder case saying that the grandmother of the Wagner family (alleged killers) was heard sitting in on a meeting in which family members made plans to kill, among others, Ohio's AG Mike DeWine and Pike County Sheriff Charles Reader.

Fredericka Wagner's attorney argues for full transcript of her grand jury testimony

Wagner, who pleaded not guilty to all charges at her arraignment in November, appeared before Judge Randy Deering on Thursday, where Wagner's attorney James Owen argued that his client should be provided with a full transcript of her testimony before the grand jury.

Special Prosecutor Angie Canepa said that is not typically handed over by prosecution without a court order.

"I believe the agreement today is that we will draft an order for the court which permits the state to transcribe the portion of testimony that relates to the perjury and then I believe that we will be briefing as to whether or not they are entitled to other portions of that testimony," Canepa said.

Her attorney cited a rule saying FW is entitled to a copy of her testimony to the GJ

FW's attorney also said she had testified before the GJ for several hours last July. It sounds as though they asked her a lot of questions.

We know she was asked a question/s about BPV's. We don't know what the question/s was.

I could see a scenario of purchases via Amazon going back to 2014 followed by, "I didn't purchase that, my account must have been hacked."

And you wouldn't know about it after all this time? Who would have hacked it? The only people being charged with things like that are her son, dil, and grand sons. Did they hack it?

Idk, but as many purchases as she has, it is possible she buys from A. Her dogs are as big as small horses, she may buy feed pallets at a time. I’ve bought premium horse feed from them bf, it beat going to TSC & carrying it.

Correct. She would have to say she was wronged. She could say she allowed someone to use her computer, she didn’t know what they used it for, but still yet she allowed it. No way is the hacking charge related to her computer

Hacking charge could be as simple as deleating messages from the deceased cell phones, to early to know but we will eventually know. Unauthorized use of computer equipment. A phone is just a little computer. My opinion on hacking. But lots of other possibilities, like watching someone’s else’s wireless camera feed.

Or it was still viewed as her sons room even if they don’t live there. For years after my son moved out I called his bedroom by his name and kept it as his room Jmo

Just some thoughts: A person under oath lying to a Grand Jury may be punished by a Judge on the perjury
that may goes beyond the sentence for perjury. FCW - Count One

The perjurer may also be charges as an accessory, if he/she lies to conceal a crime. FCW - Count Two .
Obstructing Justice.

One lie committed, two counts.
