I would assume there wont be any trials until the fall. I wonder if all of these trials will run concurrent, or will each trial be held separately?No way the prosecution would be able to attend all these trials if they are going on at the same time. It .ight be 2021 before all of them receive a verdict. The grannies will probably be over within a year or so. JMO

Some of them are all about the Jury. Do they want them sequestered? #11.) It probably means something else.

Wow NINER, great work, thank you. Not understanding the legal jargon, but the few things I was able to pick up: GW3: Doesn't want"unsworn statements" to be used, doesn't want photos made public, doesn't want the DP, doesn't want victim impact statements to be made, and basically please exclude anyone and anything that makes me look like a murdering monster.. .etc, etc. And, wants to wear street clothes, no restraints in court, the names of the Grand Jurors, and all his legal bills paid? All rightee, sure Billy.:mad::mad:

In limine - A motion in limine is a motion filed by a party to a lawsuit which asks the court for an order or ruling limiting or preventing certain evidence from being presented by the other side at the trial of the case.
 
Some articles about Billy Wagner's pre-trial hearing yesterday. Trying to figure out what Collins is talking about.

First pre-trial held for George Wagner III. Says they filed 41 motions yesterday, but the 41 motions had been filed weeks ago. Did Billy's attorneys not file motions for him until now? They also talk as if the 30 gigs of evidence was the first turned over and received it just recently? In previous pre-trial hearings for these cases, attorneys indicated they had already received one large evidence dump. They were supposed to receive a second dump this week, IIRC from Fred Wagner's hearing.

Wagner’s attorney said it’s only about 10 percent of the total evidence in the case.

“We are happy to have this and we look forward to starting the process of going through it. Having our investigators go through it and sharing the information with our client in person," Mark Collins said.
