OK so it's 260. Here are some photos from the sales listing in March: https://www.redfin.com/OH/Peebles/260-Peterson-Rd-45660/home/78937969

That's a lot of deers' heads...

For the record, my father was a hunter, we ate deer meat, I'm a gun owner, but, yeah, that's a whole buncha deer heads. I've been in friend's homes who have a bunch of them and I feel like the deer are staring at me. lol

Back on topic, that definitely looks like the property, from the news shots, based on the barn pics.

I know people that live like that, very rural, farmland, usually lots of things with engines/motors. Most in that situation tend to learn early how to fix a engine. The cars/motors seems to be a connection to their likes/ hobby. I wonder if these two have dirby cars.

Not according to the article.

**I am thinking this has to have something to do with cars. There aren't any bodies to look for, so what else are they looking for?
The Rt. 41 property has something to do with cars/trucks I'm thinking, due to the "motors" in unlimited motors. Also someone said possibly trucking due to license?

**A poster on the last thread pointed out that there was a sign either on the Rt. 41 property or right by it, near the police staging area advertising Owen's Body Shop, which could be meaningless. But I'm keeping in mind that 1) this also would seem to have to do with cars/trucks/motors, and 2) it looks to be located next door to the other property being searched. What are the chances of that? Can't say anything more about the who/whats of that for now because the TOS limits talk of sleuthing that angle.

**The 260 P. property, according to the MSM articles linked was recently or possibly is still owned by the W's who are truck drivers/diesel mechanics, etc.

I am not a small town girl, so maybe this is normal, meaning maybe just a lot of people who live in this area happen to have occupations related to cars/trucking, etc.? Or maybe not, I don't know.

If BB is the same guy I'm looking at, he's about 45-46. So close in age to CR1 & KR.

.
Property records show the owners of 260 Peterson as:

WAGNER EDWARD J &/OR WAGNER GEORGE W IV

This has got me thinking too.. There is an Edward Wagner from Lucasville on FB that looks to be the same person as JW .

ADMIN NOTE: In light of this search which appears to have been confirmed as related to the Rhoden family murders, you may begin sleuthing the property. Mind where the line is tho. Right now discuss what is public record about the property. DO NOT sleuth the owners or their friends and family. That must wait until we have a named suspect or some indication from LE that someone specific is up for sleuthing.

Thank you

(and may I say WOO HOO - a break?!?!)

Please tread very carefully and think about the distinction between sleuthing the property itself vs. the sleuthing of individuals. :tyou:

<mod snip> I live in a small town, rural area and there's quite a few folks who have small engine repair, auto repair, places and are interested in automobiles/motorcycles. It's more racing & car shows here than demo derby but we do have the demo derby here too.

Anyone been able to get confirmation Star prisoners on scene of this search today? Stars is a multi county jail in the area I haven't seen it any articles but heard some talk of it earlier

At this link the reporter talked about it briefly.

http://local12.com/news/local/investigators-search-adams-co-farm-for-pike-co-massacre-evidence

A lot of people, reporters included, are speculating it might have to do with someone who is incarcerated giving information or in some way helping with the search. Not sure.

Looks like the search is still ongoing at 28171 State Hwy 41.

Video of police cars driving in looks very recent

She says two large trailers and a dozen unmarked state vehicles just pulled in. Wonder if they're going to take vehicles or what?

It's getting dark.

LE is huddling around that horse trailer we saw earlier. Chris Graves says 60 pizzas were just delivered. They'll be there a while

Okie Dokie. Something is up.

I noticed in one of Chris Grave's twitter photos of that property there's a Wilson's Realty sign in front. I wonder if that property is up for sale, too? Not finding a listing for it online yet. Still looking.

ETA: Just keep watching Chris's twitter feed. She's following all of it over there.

Really, that was a lot of cars and equipment pulling in there. Wonder if there's a grow op or something?
