LE was there (at tina's house) between 6 & 8pm and then at 11pm

Questions about well being checks on Wednesday:
Between 6-8pm first visit, no answer at door
Just after 11pm, second visit, nothing had changed, truck present, lights, no answer

Yet to be determined how Hoffman selected these individuals
