She was looking for a new place to live.She probably had a thousand dollars or more for first months rent and security, maybe he did it to rob her.He caused 2 million dollars in damages to cover his crime last time.He might have thought getting rid of everyone, there would be no witnesses so maybe he would not go back to jail.

I don't think it is really that easy to dismember bodies...also if he did something like this, there should be a pile of his bloody clothes somewhere...unless of course that is what he was burning. Though he could have had blood on his clothes in any event, no matter what he has done.

Since he seems to be an avid outdoorsman, I assume he knows how to slaughter a kill from hunting... dismemberment would not be unlikely, especially if he had the tools to do so. (Cleaver, knives, etc...) Not sure that's the case here, but I wouldn't throw the theory out completely.

If you did it outside on the ground, just that one spot would be messed up, and I imagine you could toss some dirt over it. Five chops per and you've got a pile of smaller things to toss into various dumpsters or wherever you want to put them.

I guess I shouldn't have asked. That is truly horrible to even consider, but with trash bags it just makes me wonder. Those trash bags could be virtually anywhere if someone did something like that. Could even be in a landfill somewhere after being picked up unsuspectingly by a garbage truck.

Why wouldn't it be? You're not even doing all the stuff you have to do when you're fixing up a wild hog or a deer.
Don't know if that's what he did, but physically it wouldn't be hard.

I have been thinking that the "connection" is with TH, but not for that reason. The reason is because of the call from the manager at the DQ to LE, and what she said that prompted them to go. Like it was said yesterday, it had to be something more.

And on that note, in yesterday's presser, Sheriff Barber said that they would have descriptions of clothing worn, by Kody, "for sure of Tina" and maybe Stephanie. He said that that information was obtained "mostly" from videos, from the school and from the last places they visited. This makes me think that Tina was in town (after the 11 am text to GB, before the kids got back from school at 3-4 pm) and she's on film somewhere. What if it was at the DQ? And what if that's how the manager became concerned (because she was with MH) ... speculation of course. Waiting to hear where the clothing descriptions were obtained.

I'm just wondering what other information they could have to release today other than what the victims were last seen wearing. Seems odd they've waited this long to release that info though.

I wish they'd update on that truck that was removed from in front of MH's house.

Tina was at the beauty parlor that morning, so the owner says. Maybe some film from thereabouts.

Seems like Sarah could have told them what her mom and brother were wearing. We know she saw them Wed. although we don't know if she last saw her mom in the morning before leaving for school or after she returned home from school.
