Thoughts:
From the media video circa April 2019 in the
immediately previous post (Oklahoma family
desperate for answers
...), timestamp 0:13 of
4:54, (and some other hints on the internet)
I was able to determine that the residence shown
where he lived was 523 S Pecan St, Pauls Valley;
Google Maps

From that same media video, e.g. timestamp 2:12,
the note (actual item was a metal spiral bound
multi-page note book) found in the letterbox
had this visible message:
{Inital page(s) containing a person's name, which
was not Bobby McNutts name, were not shown,
then what was shown was... a last page
containing irregular cursive writing, seen as}:
..."and some short and slim guy.
sold me some weta
" [? Note, word is most probably
a mis-spelling of 'weed', but could be 'meta' or 'metai'
or some colloquial/regional drug term]
"and I think it was lached" [? Note, word is probably a
mis-spelling of 'laced']
"with something because it doing weired" [? Note, word
is probably a mis-spelling of 'weird']
"thing to me"
"Bobby McNutt"
"if anything happing
" [? Note, probably happening]
"to me, OK?".

The article text accompanying the media video
cited above makes it clear that the note in the
letterbox specified the name of someone that Bobby
McNutt wanted to be investigated if he went missing.
"Police interviewed that person multiple times but
have no reason to believe who[sic] is behind Bobby’s
disappearance."

IMO, Bobby McNutt wrote & deposited the note in the
letterbox, then walked off from his residence. Why
didn't he ride his bike that he rode "everywhere"?
I think for the same reason why you don't drive your
car which you drive 'everywhere', when you're drunk
- because you know you are under the influence of
a drug and your co-ordination and sense of balance
are negatively affected. Bobby McNutt walked off,
IMO drug affected, to a friend's or more likely to the
place of the seller he noted, and either through
violence or the effect of the drug and whatever it
may have been laced with, he died there. Possibly
the seller then deposited his body somewhere about
the countryside.
Pauls Valley, OK, is a small town, the part north
of Rush Creek is compact and a body is unlikely
to lay undiscovered under some bush.
The part south of Rush Creek, however, has
extended streets with large patches of forest
between them - so if the seller's place were in the
part south of Rush Creek, it could be as the police
assert - the seller may have not had anything to do
with Bobby McNutt's disappearance, so also possibly
Bobby McNutt walking could have taken a shortcut
through one of those forested areas between the
streets (to get to the seller's place?) and simply
collapsed and died in a forested area due to the
delayed effects of the drug and whatever it was
laced with, without anyone encountering his
remains so far. Unfortunately, the seller's place
(street) is not publically known, so no specific
search suggestions for this possible circumstance
can be made.
