ACCUSED IN NEFF MURDER IN COURT TODAY

Larry Nichols was escorted into Judge Jeff Singer's courtroom shortly before 1:30. As was the case on last Thursday, he was shackled at his waist and ankles. He still had the same resigned look to his face as he walked past on his way into the courtroom.

"I feel more pity than anger" Marie Pitchford, Joe Neff's daughter said, "I'm just happy and relieved that we are getting an end to this."

judging by Mr. Nichols' booking photo he doesn't exactly look like the picture of health. I wonder if his health has declined in the past few years since Joe's murder? Joe looked to be very strong and fit....this guy looks like a wimp in comparison to Joe so I wonder who else helped him and how they were able to overpower Joe.

I'm so relieved that this guy is behind bars where he belongs.....finally.
