Boring read but google answered this acceptable way , which works easier than becoming an expert real quick.
After Death

In the case of deceased individuals, the body’s ability to break down alcohol ceases to function. The liver, which is responsible for metabolizing alcohol, is no longer active after death. As a result, any alcohol present in the body at the time of death will not be broken down or eliminated.

So here is a chart to help us figure this out . Although if anyone has a working knowledge of this BAC (and I know,some of y'all do ,no shame ) please describe the experience ,for research of course.

His BAC seems to show he possibility could have been behaving as if he had a head injury before he possibly had a head injury. Seems they would be able to tell if the injuries happen in one exact moment verses a series of events.

Also ,the thought just occurred to me to see how many of these party goer's might have ended up in altercations with silly alcohol related crimes ,lots of people at a party for none of them to have had other life things happen do to silly kid games.

My first thought on that second chart is that those effects might be accurate for someone who had no alcohol tolerance whatsoever.

Correlating BAC with alcohol effects is tricky because obviously people are not constantly breathalyzing themselves, but I am confident that the effects would be diminished by a lot for someone with a high tolerance.

Where Noah would fall on that spectrum is anybody’s guess, but mine would be that he was somewhere right around the middle.

He was twice the legal limit to operate a car . I doubt at his young age he would be unaffected by the amount of drinking he was doing during the party period .
I kinda think he was really drunk ,and had he survived whatever happen to him ,it would still be a mystery.
Or in other words he likely wasnt very aware in a cognitive way ,when nor shortly before he died he died. Which is probably why , whoever thought it a good idea to make it look like a roadside accident .

If he had two showers and then left with two different shoes on ,which were found on his feet- were his feet dirty?
Not sure it matters but maybe it does .

The shower he left to party to go take and the one photographed and or video graphed at the party.
Hope they finger printed Noah's shoes, just in case he aint put them on himself.
 
If Noah's death was accidental -- why the silence ?

Why don't the other partygoers just say : He fell and hit his head and upper body tumbling down rocks, or he fell partly out of a vehicle and was dragged, or, we ran over him and panicked... etc.

The actions of his so called 'friends' seems so suspicious !
Makes me ill to think it might have been deliberate -- the injuries Noah suffered. :(

You're right; liver mortis will go to the lowest part of the body. It sounds like he was killed, left lying on his back while his killers discussed their options, then they moved his body to the side of the road in the fetal position.
 
My first time posting on this case. The ATV crash is where everything started. Something bad happened at that accident. It has been stated that Noah was driving the ATV but his injuries suggest he may have fallen out of the ATV and was then run over or dragged by the ATV. May have been an accident or done on purpose. He is seriously hurt and the internal bleeding has begun. He is taken back to the house and given a shower. We are told it is because he is muddied up from the accident. Most likely he was bloodied by the accident and losing consciousness. If he dies they do not want to have the writing on his buttocks so that needs removed. His clothes and underwear are removed for the shower. I have not seen the shower footage but he is described as struggling to maintain his balance perhaps in and out of consciousness. IMO he succumbs to the injuries right after being showered.

In an effort to cover up the incident they take him out to the highway so when he is found it would appear he got hit by a vehicle, knowing he has been run over by a vehicle, their own ATV. He is placed there naked because they can no longer put the clothes back on his body as riga morris had already started. I guess the shorts are placed near him to make it look like Noah removed them on his own.

I do not believe Noah walked to the spot where he was found. Even though in the early morning hours I believe a passing vehicle would have come along and noticed a naked person walking on the roadway or a person stumbling along the highway and called 911. If he was struggling in the shower then it would have been a struggle to walk to where Noah was found. LE has the cell info on those who were at the site where body found. I hope justice comes for Noah’s family.

Welcome to the thread, @UncaStoley! What you post make a lot of sense. The only thing is about rigor. To the best of my knowledge it doesn't start right away and wouldn't begin in the limbs until hours later. Why he wasn't wearing shorts likely won't matter in the grand scheme of things.

Rigor mortis appears approximately 2 hours after death in the muscles of the face, progresses to the limbs over the next few hours, completing between 6 to 8 hours after death. [10] Rigor mortis then stays for another 12 hours (till 24 hours after death) and then disappears.

Welcome!! I think what you are saying could be one theory and that was what I originally leaned to also, but the reason I don’t think it was due to the ATV crash now, is:
1- if he was in that serious of a crash that his body had that many injuries I think they would have been very clear in any video that is out there. I mean, we are talking about missing teeth, and very obvious to sight serious injuries not just internal ones that people could not see.
2- if he did have that bad of injuries, I just can’t wrap my head around not one person calling 911. I get panicking maybe because they were young but I still find it hard to believe someone wouldn’t call. I also think with that many people there if there was some kind of coverup because of the accident ONE person would have cracked by now. That is a big weight to live with on your shoulders.
I think the idea of a group that size all working together to cover something up is just almost impossible. In my opinion of course. I do however think Noah did NOT walk out on the highway himself and someone did something to him. All just my opinion :)

It is hard for me to understand that as well. However, we cannot be sure that someone in that group has not already spoken to LE and that LE is keeping that information to themselves. Also, we are not sure of the number of people around at the time of Noah’s injuries which appear to have occurred around 3:00 AM. It seems people were coming and going and others may have been asleep thus reducing the number of people with direct knowledge to maybe just a handful of people. If only a few people saw what occurred, the easier it would be to guard their secret.

What is so sad is no one calling 911. I have seen similar documentaries or stories where the outcome could have been so different if someone had just called 911. These so called friends really failed Noah.

Again, praying for justice for Noah and his family.

I learned about this case only today and I just finished reading the whole thread.

Someone above (my apologies for not giving proper credit) mentioned "Under the Bridge." Reena Virk was beaten so badly that her injuries were consistent with being in a car accident, and yet she wasn't.

I learned about this case from the August 5 edition of People magazine and one thing that immediately caught my attention. In their timeline:

at 3:30 a.m. Noah leaves the party to "cool off"
at 3:41 a.m., a partygoer Snapchats, "Well Noah is missing"

How does someone "go missing" in 11 minutes?

I also found it weirdly coincidental that Noah's best friend Justin arrived on the road so soon after the truckers discovered Noah's body, supposedly on his way "fishing." At 5:43 (IIRC) a.m.

Did Justin claim to see Noah leave the party, does anyone have a link?

And if so, how was he in any shape to set off fishing less than two hours later?
