'It's Just Not Like Him': Missing Chickasha Man Prompts OSBI Investigation, Sister Holds Out Hope

The OSBI is involved in an ongoing investigation into the disappearance of a Chickasha man, Richard Houston, who has been missing since August. His sister, KA, says he was last seen outside the Life Skills Institute in Chickasha, a haven for people experiencing homelessness.

"He had gone outside to smoke a cigarette and he just never came back in," she said. "That's pretty much all we know."

The pain of the uncertainty hangs heavy on KA.

"It's just not like him," she says.

Her 46-year-old brother was last seen on August 31st. The OSBI now taking over the investigation.

Terrible thought, but could he have been found in the landfill? It's just two blocks north of that intersection. :(
