Found Alive OR - Heather Mounce Davison, 37, Dallas, 12 Aug 2017

DNA Solves
DNA Solves
DNA Solves
it reminds me of that other woman in oregon with the two young boys that went missing and they found her in her car on that rural property and she had taken all the sleeping pills (she was seen on camera buying them)

Do you mean Jennifer Huston? That was in Newberg or Dundee. She hung herself.

I have a feeling her text with her family was serious enough for the family to report her missing to LE within 25hrs of being home from her honeymoon instead of normal 48 hrs to even get them to file a report on an adult. What could she have found out or hurt her to cause her to go missing and leave this world? Sad on so many levels. Mental illness plaques some of the best people I know. It's so widespread.

Maybe I'm following too many twisted crime threads at the moment, but how hard would it be for someone who wishes to harm her or get her out of the picture to leave a message that appears to be from her saying she's depressed, upset, about to do something terrible. Anyone could leave a message, esp if they used her phone, no handwriting sample, no evidence as long as they wiped prints. As long as they weren't captured on video/surveillance in the area and turned their cell phone off to prevent a cell tower trail it would be pretty easy to manage. And if someone close to her, finding their DNA on car, on her person, wouldn't prove a thing.

All MOO of course and I hope I'm wrong. I hope she is somewhere blowing off steam and returns to her loved ones safe and sound very soon.

That's a good point. The recent case of Savannah Gold comes to mind where he texted the family saying she was running off. I wonder if she had any known enemies or people in her life that wanted her gone.

I don't think perp would have left the phone behind so close to the car but who knows this case is strange.

On her FB, Heather posted that her honeymoon was "beautiful" and then on Aug 9 posted a lovely picture of the wedding.

If something awful and unexpected happened between them while in Cabo, would she have posted such joyful pictures? I wouldn't...I'd simply be silent...but who knows?

Just 3 days after Heather disappears. Did something dreadful and sudden come to pass on her return then? If a disagreement or fight of sorts, that wouldn't warrant her harming herself I'd think. Maybe something entirely unrelated to her new marriage? Was she on any meds do we know? Skipping medications for whatever reason could have horrible consequences.
Ugh, I hope she is just hiding somewhere but I don't have a good feeling.....:(

my husband's coworker..they seemed to have it all. fun trips, had a kid, full of life. then they have a fight, she runs to his car she knew he kept a gun in there and shoots herself. Son discovered her I believe. A lot of suicides are not preplanned. I remember when they introduced a new type of stove (a la sylvia plath) suicides dropped immensely.

I find it odd as many photos and photo albums she has posted on her FB but only one sort of grainy slightly out of focus wedding photo and only one photo from their honeymoon in Mexico, just a view of the ocean out of a window, nothing really special. All my Friends who got married posted lots of daily honeymoon photos of them laughing, and smiling on the beach with drinks in their hands looking very happy so friends and family could see what a great time they were having as a newly married couple. Nope not on Heathers. I find this very telling of the honeymoon. Who knows maybe the guy is verbally abusive. I think Heather might struggle with weight issues. Some of her pictures she's at a fairly average weight and others pics within a year she's much heavier. She may be very insecure about it and is a constant battle keeping her weight down. Maybe DD would say mean things. Who knows. I'm just throwing ideas out there.

This is so tragic. You never know what people are struggling with in their heads.

But are you Facebook friends with her? She might have some photos friends only.

If this is a suicide, likely nothing online would give the average person any idea what was really going on with her.

Prayers for Heather and her family.

No I was throwing ideas out there. You need to read the scanner link in this thread to know what I'm talking about what happened that day.

Anyway we could put her correct height and weight on the first page? Some news outlets have it wrong, and it sounds like the family is desperate to get it corrected. Per Help Us Find Heather Facebook page, she is 5 foot 3 inches and 140 pounds.
