Several articles have stated that she was arrested, in addition to Lara, for the attempted murder of the man in Yreka and kidnapping of the family dropped off in Weed/carjacking.

Someone stated earlier that there was speculation (on social media I presume) that she is also a victim. But it seems, at least at the moment, that she is considered a suspect in those charges but not charged in relation to Kaylee's disappearance

A body has been found in Deschutes County (where Kaylee lived), all search efforts are suspended. The medical examiner will determine if it is Kaylee or not.

I found it, she is simply stunning looking. Now what in the world was she doing with him? I wonder if he hit her on purpose or accident and cover up? No priors, and seems to have totally gone off the deep end. I am glad he did not harm the family, or the dog, but pray the poor man recovers he shot. Such a twisted sad story. IMHO

"Late Tuesday afternoon, Deschutes County District Attorney John Hummel said Lara had been charged with one count of murder in the killing of Sawyer, last seen Sunday near her apartment complex close to the Central Oregon Community College campus on Bend's Westside.

Hummel and Bend Police Chief Jim Porter also said a body had been found, but declined to say where or provide more details. The state medical examiner will conduct an autopsy to positively identify the person and determine if it is that of Sawyer.

Hummel also read a family statement inviting the community to a vigil for Sawyer at 8 p.m. Tuesday at Discovery Park in Northwest Crossing,

Hummel said Presiding Deschutes County Circuit Judge Alta Brady had prohibited him and others from providing more details at this early stage in the case."
